I normally don't even eat here it was truthfully my first time after my boss recommended. Got in there 30 mins before closing.. order the turkey bacon ranch no mayo/tomatoe... My sandwich had bbq sauce on it. No bacon.. no lettuce and no onions on my sandwich... Was so hurt.. orders a brisket and cheddar no mayo for my hubby and he looked at it and said he wasn't eating it. It looked gross and was cold... We stay 2 mins away and he didn't touch it.. Sad to say I won't be eating here again.. sorry.... Jersey Mike's.... Even Jimmy John's... Would never.....
Absolute worse store experience. The worker taking my order was zoned out with flat affect. Literally just stared at me and never opened her mouth. After painfully getting through my order she owes me $18.51 In change. She states “we don’t have any coins” and just hands me $18. The steak and cheese was subpar and meat was cold. Avoid if you can.
Love Firehouse! Got my order to go. Reached home approximately 45mins later and my sub was not fixed to the standard on the menu. No CHEESE! Call and Robin was very nice and offered no excuse but did take my name and said I would get another sandwich at my next visit. That's how you treat a customer ?. Great job on making a poor experience good. Keep it up!
The food preparation was not very good! Subs were coming apart and the veggies did not look fresh. No more Firehouse Subs for this ol boy. Subway is much better and fresh.
Fair warning to hospital staff, families and patients! I ordered Philly steak extra cheese. The pickle was half gone and my sandwich was cold to where cheese was stiff from cooling from melting and seriously lacking meat. If you order I recommend a more reputable quality business!!!
The girls bathroom has a strong smell of cigarettes, when my boyfriend and I ordered we’re pretty sure the girl who took our order was high, she messed up both of our orders! And the order we got was made wrong, even worse it had a few pieces of hair in it. this is the worst firehouse sub I’ve been too. Don’t get the potato soup is not appetizing.
I'm a big fan of Firehouse subs. I've tried just about everyone and they've all been amazing. My go to is the Hook&Ladder. It's delicious. By far one of my favorite sub places around
Worst sub I have ever had you can tell the management and staff do not care about quality. Or they would not have sent out this excuse for a sandwich you can tell the difference between corporate and privately owned they play the card of being about the fireman and about community the owner hasn’t reached out to me over a real bad experience and corporate says it’s franchise we can’t control bad ownership never again don’t mask doing good by saying our a company is about community and people who risk their life to hide behind bad franchise owner
The service was great. The food was well prepared and delicious. There was no place to throw the paper straw covers at the drink kiosk.
Great service and Margo was nice, professional and just freaking outstanding. I will be back for the great service and awesome food.
