Overall great food and ambiance. Server seemed to rush us a bit and never offered or brought us any bread. Otherwise o highly recommend Firebirds.
We have been there numerous times and this was less than desirable. Waitress hardly checked on us. Food was cold when we finally received it and steak was over cooked. People around us with different servers received their meals ahead of us. Sad when we spend over 500.00 a month their. Please know I have never done this before but I was extremely disappointed last night.
It appears Firebirds has taken a step back. While service was good, our steaks were not cooked correctly and the baked potatoes were old. Both items had to be returned. The carrot cake had obviously been frozen. On the way we noticed the health score was 90 which is unacceptable for Firebirds. Understanding the result of Covid-19 and resource shortage has impacted everyone, corporate leadership and restaurant managers should be doing better.
Best meal that I have had in some time. This is our favorite place.
I celebrated my birthday with a dear friend at Firebirds which we have done for years. Always good food, great service and wonderful experience.

Delicious food as always. Love the deals that they provide for the Inner Circle Members!!!! We had 2 Filets with a side for $49.00. What a deal. Our server was friendly and attentive. By far my hubby's favorite restuarant!!

The food is fantastic and so was our server. Do not sit beside the kitchen. It is so loud you canât have a normal conversation. Dishes and pans being dropped, plus the loud conversation just goes not do well for an enjoyable evening.
