I stopped by to dine in on 7/30 around 7pm. Based on the attitude/demeanor of the hostess and staff as well as the dirty tables and chairs, I went to Waldo’s Wings instead . Waldo’s has great food and better customer service.
Called in a pick order, the chicken and avocado flat bread. Only to get home and observe the whole order was cold. It looked like I had been given an order that was previously made. And the Flatbread was not even close to done. Reheating this mess did not make it better. Very disappointing.
I called in to place an order. Was left on hold for over Three minutes. Completely un acceptable.I called back and got someone to take my order and advised of the hold time. The person apologized. I got there And the restaurant seem steady. I was on a constraint with time already. Didnt have the right sauce I said I would take the other dipping sauce. Came home and my food was barely warm it was sloppy. The sauce they stated they were giving was not even a close match. Further more I have stayed on Reynolda for many years and will drive to Country Club. The food has been terrible for a while. I took this chance to try again after many years of not eating there. And I see why I rather drive 15 minutes opposed to my two minutes to go to Country Club East Coast or Kernersville. This restaurant is completely slack and not consistent. I will NOT return to this location. NEVER!!
Check your takeout order. All three times I’ve ordered recently has been missing either a meal or a side. Three times in a row! Food is great otherwise.
When a manager is rude and tells you that he’ll reimburse you for one of the orders that they messed up and not the other there’s a problem. We live 10+ mins away and said “I’ll replace the wings” but not the rest of the order. Entitlement conceded or just don’t have a clue of how to actually manage a restaurant. The hostess woman taking the to go orders was under trained or any experience in that might’ve been where the issue was but instead of taking responsibility as a manager and making it right he wants to give you an attitude like it’s your fault and it’s an inconvenience for him. Not only was the manager rude and possibly under experience to hold a position of manager. But clearly doesn’t practice the serve safe practices. Here’s your sign. Once food leave the kitchen it is not allowed to go back into the kitchen. It completely left the restaurant. My son took a bite of the chicken before it was taken back to the restaurant. Once handed to the manager he took it back to the kitchen!! We WILL BE CALLING HUMAN RESOURCES. Me and my family have ate at East Coast wings since I was a young child so over 20 years. At least the one on country club. It is sad that a so-called manager doesn’t have people skills or management skills. He was working June 6th at 7:37pm.. when we drove back he didn’t even have our wings ready, we waited over 30 mins. We have 1/2 cold food at home, a rude manager and I’ll be contacting the corporate office over the franchise. Will not be going back.
The table was sticky, the floors were greasy, and the food came out barely warm, and a different style (dry rather than wet) than every other ECW location. East Coast Wings is usually pretty solid, but this location needs a lot of work and hands-on management that actually cares.
Place was dirty, table was greasy. It took a while for the order to arrive and it was wrong, we didn't bother mentioning it. It would have been even longer.
Great food and staff. I really enjoyed my visit and this is officially my new and only wing spot. The entire staff from host, server, kitchen and management are amazing and treat you so well. I love it here! Go see yourself!
Our waitress Natasha was amazing and I highly recommend her. The only negative was the appetizer had way to much seasoning salt on it. Otherwise the visit was great!
Food was absolutely amazing and tasty. The waitress went above and beyond d and was so sweet.
