Very good food never had a bad experience eating their customer service has been great recommend this place to anyone
Absolutely love this place in the winter but Its not winter. Seriously do some replacing of the HVAC. No fun to sweat while drinking or eating this is a problem when everyone is complaining and rightfully so.
It was my first time at this restaurant, the lady who took my daughter and I order was Very nice and patient with us because it was alot of flavors to pick from. Our food was made to order so it was nice and hot, my wings was very delicious

Horrible customer service!! Sunday April 10, 22 @ 1:21pm. Called the store about my order and was treated like I was a burden to her. Wouldn’t assist me, told me rudely. I Ordered extra cheese and extra salad dressing and received no cheese on salad and one dressing. Which I paid extra to request. I plan to call corporate office to report situation.
First time in that place, food and service was good! Will be back again !
Decent but will not reorder. Ordered 30 wings to watch a Wake basketball away game at home. Picked up at this Country Club location. Service was fine but wings weren't so hot. Will try a different option next time.Details:Chicken: Flats were good, drums were all so dry that portions were inedible/unchewable jerky. (This was the main issue for me for the 3 star rating.)Flavors: Ordered 4. Was hoping for "plain/regular" buffalo flavor on 10 of 'em, which you have to choose flavor=none in the checkout (I called to check) kinda confusing...it was indeed lacking flavor (choose Medium hotness) with a very loose sauce that did not stick to the wings.Korean BBQ (Hot) - good but too sweet for me.Cajun (Medium) - tasty and spicer than the Hot Koreans.Teriyaki Garlic Ginger - okSides: Ranch and Blue Cheese Dressings were generous portions and tasty. Half of the Celery/Carrots were fresh, other half browning and unappealing. Texas toast was fine.
Food was subpar, wait time unreal. Manager said they were just so busy with take out calls. She didn’t offer a drink to go, a dessert, nothing. She said she could only offer an I’m sorry. There were two other tables in the dining room. Such a disappointment for a date night.
I ordered wings and a burger for an online pick-up and they accidently mixed up our order. This wasn't a big deal, mistakes happen. We contacted the establishment and they reported that they would give us a free meal due to their mistake. They took my number and clearly stated that the wings and burger was going to be covered for the next meal. Show up a week later to get the same thing, however, they stated that the manager only wrote down the burger was covered and did not have any record of the wings. They initially confirmed they had the voucher for our exact order, however, the manager came out and said that they were only going to cover the burger. Then said that the best they could do was cover 5 wings instead of 10. I was able to show proof that the original online order showed 10 wings and a burger which cut our bill in half. I do want to give a shout out our waitress who did a phenomenal job handing the situation. However, I will not be returning to this establishment due to management dishonesty and how the situation was handled.
Terrible food, even worse service. Ordered a chicken sandwich and it was like chewing rubber. Waited 25 minutes for a replacement. The crackers that came with my wife’s salad were rancid stale. So disgusting. Asked for a manager, 15 minutes she finally comes to the table. She said there’s nothing she can do but say “I’m sorry.” Offered nothing. No discount, no dessert, not even a refill on our drinks. Never going back.
