This is the nicest Dunkin I have ever been to! The employees are always very nice and friendly, never had any issues with my orders, and the eating areas are very clean.
Honestly love this location, I'm not sure why it's gotten poor reviews. Staff knows what their doing, and my drinks / food are always prepared quickly and correctly.
Fantastic staff and service! The person that helped us was super patient with me and made me their favorite drink. Clean restaurant and wicked fast service. I will DEFINITELY be going back for more peach mango green teas.
This is usually my go to location but they have been slacking today we got drinks and one of them tasted bad so we took it back I was polite but the worker never spoke a word to be during the entire thing took it from me and handed me a drink back without saying sorry or anything, if you don’t like your job just find another one, also was told last time no pup cups but got one this time no issue maybe better trained people would be better for this location. My cold brew also had almost no cold foam on top it was barely even on there and disappeared within minutes, maybe I’ll have to try and different place from now on?
Last weekend my husband and I visited the Reynolda Rd location. I couldn’t believe how happy and friendly the staff was during our visit. The service was great and of course the donuts were awesome. I had a hard time deciding between French cruller and apple fritter. The apple fritter won out.The environment and donuts weren’t the only positive about this group. About an hour after leaving I realized I had forgotten my purse hanging on a chair. I freaked out! I couldn’t find a phone number for the location but finally contacted the Hawthorn store. The district manager contacted Reynolda store. They had retrieved my purse and kept it safe.It may have been a very simple thing for them to do. It meant so much to me. As most can attest, my purse has everything in it.A clean store with great donuts it fabulous. A friendly, honest team is EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you from sleepless, ditzy me.
I arrived at 10:40 . Apparently on Sunday they only offer coffee and donuts.
I was there today around 5 pm and the drive thru person was amazing, super sweet and had great customer service! Helped me out when I didn't know what to order for my husband. He definitely deserves a raise! Thank you
Came in for a quick breakfast and the service was fast and friendly. The staff was very patient as I looked everything over and was very helpful with suggestions. The avocado toast was way better than expected, it was my first time trying it but it was well seasoned, tomatoes nicely roasted, and bread the perfect texture.I drive by this place all the time and hadn't noticed them but I think I'll start coming here for breakfast more often.
Why is there never GLAZED MUNCHKINS??? It don’t matter what time or day you go!!! And not only that the staff can’t never follow instructions on what you order !!! Do Dunkin’ Donuts even have supervisors?
Tried to buy a vanilla cream donut today in the drive thru. They gave me an empty one. 3 empty donuts later the managers response is cutbacks. Went to the one on Robinhood and got a full donut
