The two employees I spoke with were above and beyond kind and professional. I couldn't find my card at the payment window and ended up having to circle around until I found it. They were so understanding and sweet! In a world where people get frustrated easily, this ws refreshing! The lady at the window around 12:35 PM should honestly be a manager.
I love this location great coffee and donuts and there's a beautiful African American woman that works evening time very sweet she's worth waking up and going to get coffee from there
Younger White male in the afternoon plays around and goofs off way too much, very unprofessional. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and I’d hate to go to another location.

Saw a toddler behind counter playing with dunkin holes in the lower bins. We purchased holes and all of them were hard and stale. No one wearing masks. Received uncooked bacon bag.
Terrible service!! Extremely slow I thought they were short staffed but come to find out there 5 people working. Then when I finally got to the front they said they were out of my donut. Like why didn’t you tell me I ordered in the first place. Terribllleeeeeeee
We arrived at 7:50pm only going to get a small thing and a girl saw that we were walking to the door and closes and locks it in front of our faces! This is ridiculous!
Got an iced coffee and it didn’t look at all like it did in the app and it tasted disgusting! I would have gone back but I had already started driving away. Super upset I used my free drink on this if I had paid for it I would have been furious. I don’t think any of the Dunkin in Winston are any good anymore, I use to visit once a week.
