We have officially been here 3 times, We are moving to the area from Knoxville Tennessee . Whether we have went inside or went through the drive-through everything has been perfect the food the drinks not a single complaint and I have never had better hospitality at a restaurant anywhere before. If you're going to go to a Dunkin' donuts this is definitely the best one to go to if you are near Winston-Salem. I had the unfortunate experience of trying 2 other dunkins that we're not this Dunkin and made it a point to figure out where it was so I could go back.I really cannot say enough good things about this location. Staff is amazing. Establishment is really clean inside and out even the bathrooms. Out of over 20 Dunkin' donuts I've been to in a total of 3 States this is handstown the best one!!!
Visited on March 5, 2022, about 5pm. Wonderful experience. Fast service. The staff was super friendly and was a pleasure to visit. Especially nice for us after shopping in a large city that is somewhat overwhelming for rural residents.
I'm always here everyday or every other day my coffee is always on point and I get the same thing every time I go very courteous and the prices are great.

Placed order through Dunkin’ app which stated store was open. When I showed up to pick up my order the store was closed. Lights off no one inside. And this was 30 minutes after stated opening time.
don't waste your time coming to this restaurant! their service is terrible starting with the managers. Your employees do not respect the opening and closing hours.
Drive thru only ? Customer service was great.. Very courteous and helpful.. Whenever in the area will definitely go back.. Would definitely have given it 5 ? other than the issue of not being able to go inside..

This is my favorite DD in the area I often go out of my way to frequent this location. The staff is warm especially the Managers. And they get your order right 99% of the time and they rarely run out of items.
