I have been coming to Dunkin’ for over 10 years now. The service has gotten worse over the years. Don’t get me wrong dayshift is great however evening and weekend shift is awful. They don’t want to answer the speaker after 830 and they close at 9…Furthermore they all seem to have a attitude or don’t want to work. You even see some of them changing clothes ready to leave instead of working
Frosted donuts don't have nearly as much frosting as other Dunkins. Made other people's drinks before they took my 1 donut order and I was the last person. Didn't make much sense.
If you offer something for $3, and you charge me $4.50 and I question it, your response shouldn’t be “well, I don’t know about that” or “the salted caramel is $3. You got the regular caramel:”. Your response should be “oh - you wanted the salted caramel? Let me fix that for you.” Nobody cares about anything here, let alone good customer service.
Ice cream was great, as always;) Dining room was locked when I got there at 4:30pm on a Saturday (why????) and the little teenage girl in the drive through window could not care less.....but what else do you expect out of today's little punk kids? Friendly? Yeah right...
The coffees are always good. Donuts are not always fresh. The employees always seem to have a bad attitude. I only give it three stars because I like the big portion of coffee for a low price. If they were priced like Starbucks, I'd never go there. Guess you get what you pay for. Dunkin Donuts needs to step up their game when it comes to teaching employees how to interact.
This Dunkin' is a hard place to get out of parking lot on Peters Creek Parkway, but I still go once a week for the strawberry ? icing donought and mocha frozen coffee. Service is generally quick in the morning, that's when it's the freshest.
Terrible. They’re always angry at the customers. I hate coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts. Do not waste your money here
Donuts are one of my favorite treats. It's different from Kristy Kremlin but that's what makes both of them great.
Long line but staff moved through quickly great job friendly service and of course EXCELLENT COFFEE!!
There were 6 employees behind the counter that ignored us for 8 minutes until we finally asked if they were taking orders inside. To which an employee responded, "yea" and kept stocking cups. 2 minutes later we were asked about our order. The toast and grilled cheese had the texture of steamed bread, our black coffee was forgotten, donuts were forgotten, and we were charged $2 for two cups of water. Overall this was a horrible experience and this Dunkin is poorly managed.
