My boyfriend ordered a pizza 2 hours ago and the stores said the pizza is still being prepared. So our pizza hasn’t even been in the oven for the past 2 hours that we have been waiting. Definitely wasted my time and my money.Update: it’s now 3 hours later! And I still haven’t gotten my food. I can’t even get my refund. I won’t be ordering from this location again. Poor service, poor communication, and not enough staff.
What a joke. Placed order and received confirmation that my driver was in the neighborhood and should be arriving in 2 minutes. Well I waited at the door for over 15 minutes and no sign of no one. Called the store and spoke to a employee first and then the manager. Manager said maybe it was traffic…. Hmmm traffic nah I live in wallburg landing. I could walk there in five minutes. So the manager resolution was to cancel my order and refund me the money back. So after all no food and back where I started over a hour and a half ago. Wow
They cannot delivery the right items. I ask what about the correct item I ordered? They said it probably was delivered to the wrong person. I ask what we could do to prevent this from happening again and the did not even try to answer me. I wanted what I ordered not what someone else ordered. I will go to Papa Johns from now on. This store SUX
Two hours to get pizzas, but Delivery driver Kyle was great and there should be more people like him.
Shane the manager refused to give me a refund even though my order was not ready when it said it was. He refused to refund me so I could go elsewhere, and argued with me in front of customers until my pizza WAS done, and threw my dips on the floor.

Pizza was disgusting tonight. Customer service was just as bad when trying to get it fixed.
Both of my pan pizzas were completely dough in the middle, the first time I let it go but this is now a second time.
