ATTENTION: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOSIn all seriousness I have never written a review in my life. However, the absolute heinous experience I have had with this PATHETIC dominos deserves one. I ordered this pizza at 10:50 on a MONDAY NIGHT. I am sitting here at 12:35 and have yet to receive it. At this point I don't even want it and just want to go to bed. Please, if you're reading this save yourself the trouble and order papa johns. This experience was absolutely standards below excellence. What a waste of my time.
THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Never going here again. Their’s this lady that works there, worse ATTITUDE ever. Why WORK AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU CAN’T DEAL W CUSTOMERS??? she hung up on me and didn’t even let me finish. You need to check your employee’s this place disgusts me. Poor customer service. I just hope she didn’t spit on my dam food for having an attitude.
I Ordered one pizza at 9:35pm, and was notified that it was out for delivery at 10:12pm. I live 5 minutes away and I’m making this review at 10:48pm with no pizza. I called the store and was told to hold on but got hung up on. I used to work at Domino’s. Putting an employee out on a delivery while they’re completing a previous delivery is cheating the system. Will not order again.
Called in order of 2 pizzas, thin crust- double pepperoni and a hand tossed 2 item pizza plus 1 topping - pepperoni, It.sausage and extra cheese - arrived for pickup, the monitor says my order is ready and they have me waiting because one of the pies did not get made. After waiting 15 minutes, was handed my order and I left, to get home and find out the pizza that was ready when I got there was wrong and the one I waited on was scorched. The front counter female offered a 20oz. soda for my wait, before I left. I think I deserve my money back after what I saw at home.
Literally the WORST experience I’ve ever had when dealing with a food establishment. Pizzas were burnt to a crisp, manager was EXTREMELY RUDE, they would only refund me if I brought the pizza back, and I was at work so I had to leave work after my 8 hour warehouse shift and go deal with them instead of going home to relax. And when I did arrive at the location, the manager locked the door on me and would not speak to me. She gave me a refund without a single word. No “sorry” no “we apologize for the inconvenience” nothing. Never ordering from a dominoes ever again.
one of the WORST places to order pizza from, especially at night. When I ordered tonight for a pizza and a dish of pasta, the order was made and just sat there without any drivers picking jt up and making the delivery. I'm guessing I'll be having a cold pizza tonight and they sure as he'll will not receive any tips from me.
took 2 hours for me to receive a cold pizza. When I looked on the sticker, my pizza was ready and sat at the location for an hour and a half. I am only giving two starts because the delivery driver and manager were really nice.
My pizza was terribly made. I called back and they said they would only bring me a new one if they took the original pizza back (which doesn’t make sense because you can’t resell it smh) plus I had already thrown it in the trash. I took a picture before throwing it out and said I could show it to the delivery driver but she said no and made me text the picture to somebody’s number. That’s shouldn’t even be a thing. Sauce was piled up on parts of it and the pepperoni wasn’t even really on the pizza! An hour later still no replacement pizza so I called and they said they didn’t have delivery drivers. Asked for a refund because I don’t even want a new one at this point.
Haven't had dominos in a long time. But tonight the pizza and salad was outstanding. The service we received was the best. Thank everyone that help led tonight and we will be back soon
