In the words of Joan Rivers: Can we talk?…about Culver’s? Geez Louise, it was our first time here and it was fantastic. Not just the food, they also have excellent customer service. Hubs got the Butter Bacon Double Cheddar Burger with crinkle fries and drink. I built my own as a single with cheddar, SHREDDED lettuce, grilled onions, mayo and mustard. I also ordered a side of onion rings. The onion rings are flour battered so they are smooth and not mean to your mouth like panko breading. They were outstanding! The perfectly cooked onion ring has a clean bite. Meaning, you bite it and the onion doesn’t pull out of the remaining breading. The crinkle fries were crisp on the outside and very soft on the inside. Delicious! The burgers had a great flavor with crispy edges. I will tell you this, the burger was so good, I regretted not getting a double. Live and learn. We also got a vanilla frozen custard in a cup and I got the “mini” frozen concrete of vanilla custard with Oreos. They were both SO good! Full disclosure…after the ice cream, I almost ordered the cheese curds. I didn’t, but I REALLY wanted to. We will definitely be going back. They are building a new location in Kernersville and I can not wait! We drove by the location and so far only the foundation is poured. They need to get busy!Now, about the customer service: the young man that took our order was very accommodating. He was friendly, polite and funny, for both our meal order and then our custard order. The manager on duty was also head and shoulders above other restaurants. We witnessed him going to a table and apologizing. He said he knew the young man that took their order for a lettuce wrapped burger, but their lettuce was shredded. The customer was very nice and said it was no problem, she just didn’t want the bun. An actual apology from a full service fast food joint. I commend the manager for taking the potential heat. We had a fantastic experience and I encourage you to go. #culvers!
Very nice and clean establishment. The lady that took our order was very helpful!My son got a crispy chicken sandwich and it was delicious!The frozen custard was out of this world!
Went to the Culver's on Fairlawn. There was a young man taking out orders, taking orders to customers tables. He wad a ball of energy. Had a great personality to boot. The food was great, the service was great. All around awesome experience.
2nd location visited and the food was definitely great!!!Quick tip the Kids meal has the same size single burger as the regular meal plus you get that ice cream with it.... My 17 year old son was shocked when I ordered it for myself. ???. It definitely filled me up.
The food is good, I LOVE frozen custard! The salted caramel shake ?? and their grilled chicken sandwich is actually a filling size! Not a starved chicken fillet where the bites are more bread than food and veggies, like some other places. The only cons are wait time, but the food is good enough I don't mind, and they forgot my sauces once. So just double check your order. Glad there's one within 15 min of me now.
If you haven’t been here yet you should check it out. The food was delicious and the staff is very friendly. I ordered the deluxe burger with bacon and cheese curds and I loved it!!
Wife wanted a Butter burger.... i thought "sigh". Tried to order online and and got a message online ordering not available at this location. So... I tried to call in an order... when i told the person that answered the phone i couldn't order online, he said give me 90s seconds and will work. I waited and it did.... When we got there I went in and very nice staff member said are you Mr C? I just got your food making your drinks..... This "Kid" was the same person that answered the phone. He has a bright future just saying. The onion rings were great, lightly breaded and hot. Burgers were step up from most fast food places. Also got a Reuben to try, it was as good as any Deli we have ever been to.... IF they can sustain these level definitely worth a try.
I went with some family members. I was the only vegan in the group, but usually I can put some sides together in a pinch. There weren't many choices, but I did have a side salad and some steamed broccoli. Everyone else really enjoyed their food. The food came out fast and the orders were correct, considering we had a semi-large group. Definitely recommend for those carnivores out there. Vegans? Not so much.
Great fast food, clean, fast and super friendly staff! It's pretty far from where we live about 25 min. across town, so we come here once a week. We moved here from MN, where Culver's has a much larger presence, and are very happy to find that although very limited, NC does have a few locations where we can get one of our favorite butterburgers.We're hoping that more locations will open as people around here discover and get more familiar with the delicious menu options for food and ice-cream that Culver's has to offer.
The food is terrific, and the people that work there as nice as they can be. They greet you, make sure your order is right, and then engage you again when they bring your food to you. My mother had never been before and it was such a positive first time experience. Always make sure you get the cheese curds they are the best!
