Have been 3 times so far. Chocolate chip are great, the Oreo was really good. The weekly variety of flavors is a nice change. The shortbread was not my favorite but you can't love everything. For the most part I'd rate the experience at a 90%.

this is my second time coming to crumble cookies I rake them them six stars they are really good and very chewing and delicious and they are not that expensive either and the people are really nice
I’ve been here before and enjoyed the cookies so much. However, my last trip on Monday was less than joyful. Rude rude rude young lady at the counter. Ignored me standing there. Filled orders that were after mine and then got loud with me when I asked why. I called the store that same evening and asked for a manager to call me the next day. They did not. I contacted corporate today and it took all day on a CHAT to get a reply. Then they said oh email the store. What kind of mess is this?????? I give it two stars because I like the cookies and before Monday had an awesome experience. I guess having a cookie and getting respect don’t exactly go together. Glad I found out.
Love the HUGE cookies and the HUGE heart of the staff! They love what they do and it comes through in the love baked into these cookies!! Highly recommend any and all flavors, but especially the peanut butter chocolate cookie dough!!!

These are hands down the best cookies I’ve ever had! The classic pink sugar, blueberry muffin, birthday cake fr. Oreo & the milk chocolate chip cookies are my favorites!!! What won me over was the rotating menu. Every week there’s something new to try and you’ll most likely love it!
These cookies are pricy, but HUGE and fresh. I LOVE desserts, but some flavors were too sweet to enjoy and more cake-like than anything. I love the idea of rotating weekly flavors. Good for an occasional treat if they have unique flavors, but will probably just get 1 or 2 cookies next time. Curbside pickup was quick and convenient.
I’ve been coming here and never had any problems until last week.. Two of my cookies were extremely hard and a hair was baked into one of them. Called to speak with a manager twice and have yet to receive a call back, great customer service.
Love CRUMBL! The cookies are amazing. Our store is clean and bright and the folks who work there are always super friendly and seem glad to be there. The cookies that I love I LOVE (I see you Kentucky Butter Cake) and then some flavors are just ok. I love that they have so many options each week and the weekly release is a genius marketing idea. Just picked up a box as we speak!
