Went for our 30th anniversary celebration, just my husband and I. The staff was made aware that this was a special occasion for us. We had a reservation and still had to wait to be seated for more than 30 minutes. Where we were sat was so noisy we could not hear ourselves think, must less have a conversation. In the two hours we were there we were offered 6 choices of meat, not 15. It would take 5 hours to get all 15 options. The mixed drinks were not good so we ordered water for our meal. Our waitress let us run out of water. We were supposed to be served free desserts, we ordered dessert but were charged for them. We had to request that they be removed from our ticket. Overall this was a terrible dining experience and for the $$$$ we will not go back and do not recommend this restaurant!
The service was extremely slow and inconsistent. We were always served last and they always had barely any food left. We are not big eaters, but we would like to get appropriate service.
If you are going to get your money's worth and eat all you can then you will be there a bit. The meat takes way too long to come around. I guess they are hoping you fill up on the other. It is good though.
Bailey was a great waitress. We never had empty glasses. She would always check on us, every time she walked by. The gauchos were Fantastic, so friendly and funny. The food was exceptional!! It was our 36th anniversary and they made us feel really special, especially the manager. Thank you for such a Great anniversary dinner. We will be back, soon!!
The food was fantastic. The staff was friendly. Service was amazing.
First time for me and my boyfriend. Second for my daughter and her husband. So much food and everything was so good. We will be back some time in the future since itâs pretty expensive.
The food was under seasoned and over cooked. All but one piece of steak was beyond well done and dry. The vegetable buffet was bad. They had lots of cold cut chunks which is not very appetizing and very underwhelming for the price.

Meat selection did not come around very often. My husband left hungry. The sides and salad bar was mediocre. It wasnât a bad experience by any means but DEFINITELY no where near worth a hundred bucks.
We had a great experience at Cowboy Brazilian Restaurant. The food and serve were excellent.
