Horrible. Same as always. Only reason we go is for the milkshakes. Typical. Can't hear the employee through the speaker, talks so fast you can't catch a word, acts like it's the worst thing on earth to have to help you. Burgers have shrunk in size, I guess because of "the economy" and rising prices. Not sure if the economy is responsible for the overcooked beef. I'm sure the excuse is under-trained new staff. Novel idea, get the GMs in there and work next to their people and show them how it should be. Of course, if current operations are known to the big guys, nothing would change. We all line up to take the abuse anyway. Not anymore. It's Dairio for me from now on, not that Cook-out cares. Plenty of other sheep out there.
Was overcharged because I asked for things I didn't get but still paid for them. My burger was supposed to have onions, lettuce, cheese, pickles, mustard... it came with only mayo and cheese...I hate mayo. Also, the burger was a little undercooked. I asked and was charged for cheese fries... I got plain fries. The Diet Coke was too syrupy. The only good thing was that the fries were fresh. Never coming back.
Foods all good but the the employees attitude isn’t even tho I was talking to the employee all normal they was not nice ?
Their Cheddar Style Cheeseburgers are smack awesome! I get mine with cheddar cheese, grilled onions (that are better than candy), and mayo. Their Heath Toffee shakes are awesome also. In the summertime their watermelon shakes are the BEST.
I know Covid has caused people to rethink life and go for better. With this in mind, businesses are paying more for those who wish to work. I know times are hard but please hire better people that care about your product and name. The girl at the cash register was preoccupied with loud people loud background. The food was horrible. The burgers have changed and the chilli tasted like crusted over scrapings. The nuggets were only fit for my dog who ate them of course. The pink lemonade was great though.
Awesome milkshakes as always. One suggestion though, when someone orders cheesecake with a topping, you shouldn't put it in a hot dog box because those boxes aren't sealed on the bottom. Our toppings ran through the cracks in the bottom of the boxes, soaked through the bag and made a sticky mess all over my car seat.
Went through both lines for different orders. First of all I couldn't understand and the person taking my order couldn't either. Speaker sucks! Second the person working the window was rude. Everyone says give them a break, they're short staffed. Give me a break and act like you want a return customer. Third the food wasn't all that either.
Ordered a huge cheddar style burger, in which had 2 small burnt patties, since when. My husband was so disappointed, he threw it out before I can take a pic. Two cheddar style burgers that not even our dogs would touch. You can see it in pieces below. I ordered a chicken quesadilla that had a drop of chicken. As you can see as well in pic. Never again.
Tried to order a tray starting with 2 corn dogs. Told they lady 4 times and she kept asking me what I wanted on my burger. They need to invest in a new drive through intercom. I drove off as I knew they would mess the order up. All cookouts have gone down hill
I've been there 3 times this week to get a shake. Heath toffee with carmel. N not once did they get my order right. I'm thinking about learning how to make it myself so I can have the right shake.
