BEST COFFEE...easy accessibility...great staff
I've never been to Clutch Coffee before but decided to check them out. I visited the Winston-Salem location since it was closest to me.I was looking to try one of their newer sandwiches, but the cashier told me that she highly recommended the Waffle Sandwich and that I should give it a try so I went with her recommendation. I also decided to complement the sandwich with a mango smoothie to treat myself after a long work week.When I received the sandwich, I was slightly disappointed to see it prepackaged and heated up in a plastic bag. The waffles that were used for the bread were a bit too moist for my liking but were sweetened at an appropriate level. Overall, the sandwich was not overbearingly sweet. At 500 calories, it is definitely a hefty breakfast for a quick meal. The mango smoothie was a nice treat for a warm, summer day. The mango flavor profile was present. The only downside about this smoothie is the price for the amount of smoothie you get.WORTH IT? Maybe, if you're looking to venture out and try all the different coffee shops in Winston-Salem. (Overall 5.5/10)
I told the nice young lady in drive thu that i wanted peach tea with light ice. i don't think she sent messages correctly to the shift manager on duty. that person told me next time to ask for light ice. I have been coming to the coffee since u all opened up. I always order the same item. peach tea with light ice. since the shift manager got a attitude about it I will no longer visit Clutch Coffee Bar.
We absolutely love Clutch! We frequent the University Parkway location where the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The beverages that we’ve purchase have been delicious and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!Edit to add the star. Was was an accident! 5 stars for sure!!
Chelsea and the other girl on 1/20 in the evening working were fabulous! They are very friendly! They offered drink suggestions and told me about frozen energy drinks!!! I never knew that I could get that back home at the clutch near me!! They were awesome! Great customer service!
Starbucks who? If you’re looking for a personal experience with great coffee then come to Clutch. Everyone is friendly and takes the time to make sure your experience is a highlight of your day. They have something for everyone and they can make all of their drinks kid friendly so the little ones get to enjoy their “coffee” too!
Went to Clutch because the Starbucks and Dunkin decide to close by 6 near my house now. Honestly I’m going to start coming to clutch more. The service is so great, everyone is very friendly and they have such good coffee for a great price!!
Not only are the drinks good, but the employees are fantastic. Not many places make a genuine effort to brighten the days of their customers, but Clutch is one of the few. Chelsea & Valerie (sorry for any misspellings) hooked me up, and now I'll be a repeat customer for more than just good coffee!
I work midnight shift for the city from 830pm-630am. This is my favorite coffee spot but with the new hours it has become quite difficult to get my boost for work. I wish you guys were open at least an hour later so I can get coffee on the way in. Even with that still 5 out of 5 amazing.
Staff here was so knowledgeable and kind. Iced coffee was great. I’ll be back!
