I was close by and thought I would give Clean Juice a try. I walked in and was content with the aesthetic. It seemed to match the brand. I wanted something simple so I ordered the Wake-up One. It’s just orange juice, lemon, and ginger. The cashier took my order and and asked me to swipe. I pulled out my card without giving much thought only to see the total on the receipt was more than 11$. I get that it’s organic but that is steep. Just to put it in perspective, half a dozen donuts from Duck Doughnuts next door is 9$ after tax. I was the only one in the store but it took over 10 minutes to make the drink. With such an expensive price tag and a slow procurement I figured taste wise it would be worth it. Unfortunately, it was a bit bitter compared to other sugar free fresh squeezed options. The employees were nice enough and the environment was clean. Apart from this sadly I don’t think there is much that gets people in the door. I wish the owners luck and I hope they prove me wrong when I say that I don’t expect this franchise location to be operational in a years time.

Juice was healthy and tasty, staff were nice. a smoothie at almost 20.00 is a bit pricey.

First time going in this store And the customer service was Absolutely Amazing, The worker Patty is a Beautiful and WONDERFUL worker ! She gave me Discount on the Acai bowls due to the computer being down 10/10 recommended!!!

I just left your location at 3485 Burke Mill Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27103. First time and horrible experience. Patti J was the server.I don't know if they were just short staffed today or if this is a common occurrence. I ordered my juices at 10:50am and ended up having to leave after waiting 15 minutes because I had somewhere to be and told them I would return. I returned probably 30 minutes later and my order was still not ready and they made no acknowledgement that it was close to being done. I only had a juice and a smoothie! When I finally asked to just be refunded they said they couldn't do it right then, they would have to call me later. So I just told them not to worry about it. That is ridiculous. $19 wasted. Terrible first impression.To answer your question, no I never received a refund. I paid $19 for nothing in return.

So prior to today, I have never actually stepped foot into this location. (UBER EATS JUNKY LOL) Though, I'll have to say they are just as accommodating through delivery options as they are in house. My first time ever ordering they called to let me know they were out of some things and wanted to see if I'd like to switch out my drink. I politely declined the drink but still bought my toast. When the food arrived they had sent over two cards for free drinks. Today I went in and the experience was just as great! Patti and her team were wonderful and all of my juices were amaZING! I will definitely be returning in the future!

Always friendly staff. Love the juice options. I had an issue one time with my order and Management were quick to respond and resolve it. My go to place for a pick me up.

This is by far my favorite clean juice location!! Patti is wonderful and makes everyone feel welcomed!! It’s a little out is my way BUT her cheerful smile and wonderful personality makes it worth it!!! The Greensboro store should take some lessons from Patti!!

A month ago, I would of given this location 5 - stars. The staff they had previously made the items to perfection. The last three visits (even if ordered on mobile app) there are long wait times, and the quality of the items is poor. Today the store was dirty (floors, counters, etc). The staff appeared overwhelmed and my acai bowl was TERRIBLE. WATERY. No flavor. Tasted like water. I will not go back until I know that these issues are resolved. Staff were not kind and did not appear to have good hygiene. as well

Unfortunately this location has a real issue with waste. The people in the back always make excess and offer it to their fellow employees or simply throw it away. I try to ask for it but they say they can’t do that. We shouldn’t pay ridiculous prices for smoothies for the staff, it should go to us. On top of that, the proportions of the smoothie become all wrong and no longer get the correct nutrition or the correct flavor.
