Cin Cin in Italian means cheers?! After you eat here, this is precisely what you want to do.This restaurant is not a chain restaurant; it’s ran by the Michael’s family, which owns several other restaurants in town. The server was friendly and kind. The food was on point, with multiple options for proteins. They have an eclectic menu, everything from southwest eggrolls to an extensive milkshake menu. The milkshake menu is separate, so you have to ask for it.The decor is a mixture of modern-day speakeasy and a restaurant in the middle of New York City.

This place has such a unique vibe it has beautiful architecture but, it's also casual and comfortable. The menu is extensive... something for everyone. The food is delicious and the drinks were so interesting and good. Do yourself a favor and order the lavender margarita and thank me later!

Service was amazing! Eggplant fries were super delicious! Burger and Chicken Sandwich was super amazing as well!! Loved it so much went back the next day

Wonderful service from the gorgeous, purple haired bartender! Shakes were fantastic and the burgers even moreso. Will definitely be back whenever we come back to Winston-Salem.

The food was really good! You have a choice of many types burgers. You can make them as healthy was your want, if you looking for that. I had a lettuce wrap burger, it was great! We had eggplant fries which were also good! My son loved the pretzel sticks.

I am from Florida and I would move here just for the service, the atmosphere and the foooood! The sliders, the salads, the finger foods, the shake's.... I can keep going on and on. I recommend 1000% <3

The pork rind appetizer is super yummy and the Best Bison burger around!! Great atmosphere:)

Early dinner at 4:30pm, four adults and 11mos.old infant. Waited about 20min. to be seated. Seated at covered heated patio. Menu was extensive and innovative, So was the drinks/shakes. Service was prompt. Appetizers and main course delivered less than 30min. Overall the experience was excellent. It is now one of my favorites in WINSTON-SALEM!

Took my daughter here for birthday lunch. Service was a little slow and had to go find a server when we needed something. Burgers were undercooked and manager made it right. Fries were not hot as I like them on our initial orders however, I kept them.

I had a Ruben sandwich and it was pretty good.
