Churches chicken on Patterson Ave. Was the best chicken spot ever, I haven't had it in a while yet this particular restaurant was always out go to spot especially on Sundays after church and it favorite manager to ever do it was Mrs. Melissa out friend Mrs. Tee mother beautiful people with great customer care and huge hearts ❤️???❤️???.
The chicken was not hot and not all the way done. Okra had been sitting in a basket on counter and not hot, nothing special about the mashed potatoes. All Staff needed to wear mask so as not to talk over people's food. Not satisfied with food at all
i come here everytime i get a chance the food is the best fast food ever! love churches wish there was one in my town but it makes it that much more special when i get it! ?
You always end up with cold, old chicken the employees are always hopped up on some kind of narcotic and make it very obvious and they will spend 15 to 20 minutes per customer on small chicken orders and you normally have to repeat your order two or three times to the drive-thru associate and if you dine in you have to wait for the cashier to finish her friendly conversation which is very extensive with the person at the counter ordering and the other problem I had was ordering at the drive-thru to look down and notice that there is the incorrect store number and location on the receipt..
Haven't ate yet, but they gave us the wrong mashed potatoe size. We have five in our family, a single serve isn't going to feed us with the chicken tenders we ordered. It says large on receipt, and we paid for a large. I understand y'all are busy, please please triple check orders! Especially ones that are being picked up by door dash and ect. To the female who said in the background my husband called you the N word, you are lying, the whole conversation was recorded, not just once but twice. You can try to lie your way out, or you can do your job. If not there's others in the area who would take your job in a heartbeat.
Why are all Church's dirty and run down? They haven't touched these buildings in years. Really bad. HOWEVER, BEST FRIED CHICKEN AROUND!
Came here about an hour ago, ordered 3 wings, got home broke chicken apart and the chicken was raw. You can see all the flour on the inside of the skin and the meat was red. Drove all the way back down there to take it back. Last time I will come here.!!!
Omg, they really needed to change their grease. The family chicken meal with fries and okra all tasted like burnt grease. We would have took all that food back if we lived on that side of town. Didn't taste it until we got home. It was just awful we gave it to our dog and he didn't eat all of it, they burnt taste and smell turned all our stomachs even the Dog. Shame on you Church's Chicken if that's the best this one can offer go ahead and just close it down. To make matters worse we went around 2pm they had only been open for four hours, I see if we showed up right before closing but this was the middle of the day!!!! Smdh
Ordered from Uber eats and am an Uber One Member, usually order from the Patterson store location but took a chance. The chicken was horribly burnt, you could smell it through the bag. As soon as we bit into it the entire skin taste of burnt chicken. Yuck.I contacted UberEATS for a refund and they just said they would email me after research. So here I am. Don't order from this location and as soon as the Uber review comes to me to ask how my food was I will be rating them there as well. Spent 50.00 on burnt chicken. You have a chicken restaurant, the one things you should do well is chicken. Ridiculous.
DONT GO HERE!!! I've ate at several didn't churchs over the years and this one by far has been the worst have to order at the window cause the speaker at the menu doesnt work service is horrible they dont even ring you're order up which would be fine all due respect to waitresses but this is a drive thru resauraunt plus I order a 3 piece tender to get a 3 piece dark combo
