Found hair in my food and was refunded only the item with the hair after traveling back to restaurant from home (Walkertown) being there is no phone number to contact store. FYI. We all had the exact same items meaning the hair could have come in contact with all items. I WILL NEVER FREQUENT THIS LOCATION AGAIN
Wouldn't accept cash...didn't advertise cash only..no signs not advised of cash only by staff...said exact change only but I asked her if anyone has paid with exact change that she would have .64 cents..she said no..so I paid with a card...I think she doesn't know how to count money...then...I mean then...they threw fajitas vegetables at my wife when we asked for a side of vegetables for tacos...and accused me of stealing a bowl.. ordered 2 bowls and one set of tacos..paid for 2 bowls and set of tacos....y'all bad as hell....period.
One of the worst Chipotle's I have been to. The meat was overcooked, the rice pretty bland, and the chips were almost all unsalted. I will not be visiting this Chipotle again. Very unimpressed
Of the last 4 times I've come to thus location they have no steak and a gentle at the grill doing no cooking at all!!! The manager truly does not care about keeping customers.I have had it Here!!!
My first, and probably last, visit to this location. The employees (all except for one) were awful. The first person I encountered offered no greeting, and barely spoke at all, just mostly looked at me expectantly with a blank stare. The second employee was decent, and the third was too busy arguing and fussing with another co-worker about her break time time even acknowledge that I was ready to pay. It was a little after 8 and they were out of chips and guacamole and out of lettuce. This experience left a lot to be desired. The food was decent, but doubt I go back again.
Went here at the last min, with a bus fill of 40 people. This was the most efficient Chipotle we have ever been to as a team. Will bring the team back here next track meet. They also gave us meal cards for BOGO and they will come in handy!Thank you to who was working 2-14-2022 at about 6pm.
I have been a chipotle fan for awhile, but I was incredibly disappointed and will most likely not return. The staff was short on food during the dinner rush so they started cutting back on portion sizes. The young man sloshed half my chicken off the spoon back into the container (first and only scoop). The black bean container had no visible black beans but he scooped about a third of a spoon from beneath the liquid. Then I paid 7 dollars for a large queso and chips. The person only filled the queso container half way. This meal was not satisfying and not worth the money I spent. Back to Qdoba!

Lines can be long, I would recommend getting takeout. If you do, be prepared for your order to be ready a few minutes early, I’ve shown up for my pickup and found my food had been sitting on the shelf for a while and was no longer hot.
Don’t get me wrong it’s good food but this couldn’t feed a 5 year old. I ordered 2x chicken bowl and it was 12$ 12 DOLLARS FOR THIS????, plus the Cashier was clueless.
