good food & Excellent service
Many places are short staffed so called ahead to let them know a large party would be coming in and told them how many and time just to give them a heads up. Upon arrival was initially told they couldn't seat that many. Then was told they were having a server from another location coming in in 30 mins. Should've been told earlier when called if they couldn't accommodate us but decided to wait as that's where the birthday boy picked. As we were waiting, we noticed there was 3 servers just standing around chit chatting. We asked for Manager and iimmediately got seated. No one in the party was impressed with our food. Service was so-so but understandable as the claimed to be short staffed. The sanitation grade was a 90 and the bathroom and kitchen area looked disgusting. Overall a disappointing experience and will not be going back to this location.
We have not had a good experience with the Stanleyville location in quite sometime and have continued to give them the benefit of the doubt. We haven't been there in months because of the last experience but decided on Mother's Day to try again. Our server took our complete order and left. We kept waiting on our drinks as we watch the server take others theirs who were seated after us. We had 1 appetizers to come and had to ask for the other (which was chips and salsa) and ask for our drinks. They were finally brought and wrong of course. After we received our food, our server came over and said "if you need anything ask now because I have a large table being seated and I will be busy with them". WTH?? Were we less important? Anyway, we never saw him again for drink refills or anything else. A dessert came with our order and another employee brought it out. It was the skillet cookie still gooey and all the ice cream was completely melted. Finally had to ask another employee for to go boxes. Food wasn't great but we paid and left. Do not recommend this location.
We went there to have a family time for a late lunch but we waited to be seat for 20 minutes and when we we’re seated and had to wait for 15 minutes to receive a waitress/waiter to come to our table to receive the order for the drinks. We ended up leaving without drinks or food. It is not worth our time to waiting for nothing. We will not return unless they stops the liberal madness. There are bunch of restaurants have more waiters and waitresses. Unbelievable!!
I will start that most of our visit here are good to great. So I didn't give it 2 stars like this visit deserves. But today was different and we'll over look it alittle because it's a holiday and lacking more staff that usual considering the covid staffing world we now live in.The table next to us had a person who was coughing frequently making one of us uncomfortable because of past health issue. So we wanted to be moved.. After some time went by with no staff coming by. I got up and found the waitress and told her were moving away from that table with the coughing person so she wouldn't think we walked out. After telling her she "ROLLED HER EYE"!!! really I was thinking. I just let that roll and we moved.. A fair amount of time has pasted and she brought the salads to the table. I ask about the queso dip since so much time went by and considering she brought the salad instead of the appetizers. Much to my surprise she snapped the answer "it has to be made!" The manager on duty got a visit from my daughter and we got a waiter/waitress change. The next waitress was polite. But never returned after bring the food out. We had to use the hostess to pay our bill.. I hope this staff isn't the "new normal" for this restaurant.
My daughter and I had a quick lunch here and it was good food, fast service especially considering on that particular afternoon there was only 2 servers and 1 was on break. They did a great job and you'd never have known if she wouldn't of told us. Thanks ladies
Just blown away by the friendly, efficient staff and the excellent food! That corn was amazing! Definitely be back again & again & again, infinity!
Service and food both left much to be desired. It took 20 minutes to receive drinks after ordering. (4 waters!). The waitress came by 5 minutes later to take our order. That would be our last interaction with her until the bill was paid. We had to rely on other waitresses, food runners and busboys for condiments and drink refills. The food came out after 25 minutes, items missing and mostly cold. The restaurant was not busy; maybe 6-7 customer tables. Speaking to the manager was like telling your kid to stop picking his nose for the 125th time. I was reminded again why we have avoided this restaurant for over a year. Against my better judgment we decided to give it another try. Lesson learned!

the steak we got was raw and tough and chewy.....was suppose to be cooked medium.... had to finish cooking it before it could be eatten....blood was dripping out of it ......pasta dish was barley warm and had to heat it in the microwave when we got home. only took 10 minutes to get home. we have had fast food that was so much better than what we got tonight....probably will not be back to this restaurant....we have eaten the same dishes at other Chili's and didn't have a problem......very disappointed
