there was quite a while that I was not too fond of Chili's and their food someone told me that they have stepped up their game well it was true we had great service good food and I really enjoyed the experience.
Food and waitress was great the hostess was mean and rude!! She acted like we were messin up her day by askin howuch longer ! NO ONE WAS IN THE RESTAURANT EATING MORE PEOPLE OUTSIDE WAITING!!!! RUDE GURLi understand bein short handed but rudeness doesnt need to be an optionLines out the door she is no where to be found
The food was really good but the service at the bar was enough to drive you nuts. We only drank one beer a piece and there was two of us, simply because she never would check on us. It wasn’t busy at all either. I had to beg for the check pretty much.
The VERY Best food and beverage service ever, from the weekend bartender, Cherri! We sat at the bar for dinner. I was a Fine Dining Maître d in Charleston for years, and I would have done anything to have had her on my staff, in any position! We came back specifically to see her! Absolutely checks ALL the boxes. She Definitely could train and run her own restaurant staff. The great Général Manager, Brent, is to be commended for a great hire, and for keeping her! We will continue to come back on week-ends for a wonderful and really fun dining experience!
I paid $80 for ribs in a bacon ranch Burger the drinks were good but the food was terrible overcook and we were there for an hour and a half waiting for service and food and I was not even busy absolutely a terrible experience I should just go somewhere else
Pretty busy for a Wednesday night but we really didn’t have to wait long for service. Food was pretty good, but the highlight was our server. We sat at the bar and the young lady working there was busting her butt but still just as friendly as she could be to everyone in the place. True was an amazing waitress and I can honestly say I have never had better service anywhere. The downside was the other lady “working” behind the bar. I didn’t see her take care of any customers except for two at the end of the bar, she just stood there and talked to them the entire time we were there. I did hear her bad mouthing our waitress to others which I find very unprofessional. Besides that, we had a wonderful time.
Good food . Good service. Good location . Ample parking. Clean rest rooms . Large selection on menu.
This was the worst experience we have ever had at Chili’s. It’s been going downhill for a couple years but last night was the night that will cause us to never return. Let me say this first, our server was great!! It’s the kitchen that is the problem! We waited an hour and fifteen minutes for our dinner and the ONLY thing that came out hot was my toddlers mac and cheese. The fries were cold and looked like they had been friend twice. The ribs were cold and wrong, the brisket quesadilla was sloppy and looked awful. We didn’t eat it. My daughter couldn’t even touch her food it was too hot! And you know it’s a kids meal, why would you send out a bowl that could burn her?
Our server Iverson was beyond amazing. She was professional, polite and was on it with speed of service and making sure she customers were taken care of. I would recommend if you go here ask for Iverson she made our date night experience perfect. Food was good also.
The staff sucked. They didn't care if or when you got your food. We waited 40 minutes for our food. They brought everything out at Same time. The food that was supposed to be hot was cold and vice-versa. Oh and I forgot to mention...we were one of five tables, two people at each table. They had NO excuse!!!
