My fries were burnt so I went up to the counter to show them and the girl said "I can't help you". Um.. what?So I asked a manager, Heather I think was her name and she just looked at them grabbed them and walked away. She brought me some new ones and said nothing, walked away again.I gave 3 stars because Juan and Tina are their best employees! Always sweet and helpful!
Staff is always pleasant. Store is Clean inside and out. They have the BEST Chicken Sandwiches and they love Jesus :-)
Food good, but the drive through is one that you have to wait forever. Polite hosts but they hurd you like cattle to get you through. Too much talking in the drive through, we don't want personals.
I go here every time I visit the nearby Walmart. My go-to meal is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe with Pepper Jack, a large order of waffle fries and a diet Dr. Pepper. I also love the Chick-fil-A sauce and usually get three of them with my order. Being stuck in a power chair during my visit, I enjoy being able to order through the app and have it brought to my table.The food is always top notch and the service is as excellent as one would expect from Chick-fil-A.
Don't let the length of the line fool you, you'll be faster through it than those poor souls in line at the B-Jangles on University. As you speed past them, having spent a little more for that speed and kindness, have a waffle fry. Good, huh?
Food was delicious, of course. Line was crazily long just to get to the drive thru. However, like usual, CFA had everything running smoothly and efficiently. For the length of the line, we got through it in good time.
Food has gone downhill and the drive thru is a mess. $28 on two adult meals and a kid meals that were not edible. The fries were soggy and dissatisfying. The chicken was hard and tasted overcooked and left to sit out. I'm not sure what what going on but I would have rather had McDonald's. Atleast there I expect less then desirable.The drive thru is terrible. Placing orders and payment with cards are a breeze. Food "delivery" to your car is a mess. They skip around so people in front of you don't get their food and hold the line up while those in the back who received that food have to wait. This is extremely frustrating and makes no Sense. It also causes food to get cold before even making it home to the family. They really need to redirect the way they do their drive thru for easier service
Pretty fast here. Food is good and service quick and pleasant. Getting in and out of the property can he challenging due to the traffic for Walmart and shopping plaza.
As usual, service, chicken sandwich and waffle fries are excellent. Cut back on size of fries, delaying dine in over drive thru, and still using ketchup made with high fructose corn syrup.
Great place to eat . Friendly staff , great service .
