Even tho they are always full they have a very fast drive thru!¶not doing too great here anymore! I just bought a $3.20 Frosty coffee, which I have gotten before and this is what showed up! Look how tiny and there's no "frosty" but there is a bunch of ICE! I GUESS I SAY " Thank you for fixing my desire to get these anymore!
For the past several months unfortunately this location has declined in freshness and accuracy which is usually not common at a chic FIL a. Wait time was well over 10 mins in drive thru(especially if you arrive after 9pm and there is a line formed) I believe there is a staffing issue. The fries are hard and sometimes cold. Everytime I order a cobb salad, I only request cheese and egg, and every single time they leave bacon corn and everything else on the salad. I try to give them a chance thinking the next time they'll get it right and they never do. Such a shame
I’ve gone here 4 to 5 times in the past two months after leaving work and one of the times I’ve gone my chicken sandwiches were actually fresh and tasty , every other time I’ve gone the sandwiches have not been fresh, fries have been almost cold not pleased with my meals , I don’t know if it’s an issue with the people prepping the food but other than that the customer service has been great I just haven’t been pleased with how my food has tasted recently and I probably won’t be returning for a while

Took the grandkids here after school so we when thru the drive thru. After leaving we checked order and was missing a side item. Had to turn around and go inside for. The guy was very nice about it. Grandkids were pleased with food.
I got a simple Vanilla Shake and probably should have walked in but decided to get in the very short line. I must've waited 20 minutes stuck in line but overall, it was worth my craving. Maybe open up the parking area and throw some more asphalt to the right of Chick-fil-A to solve such a simple little issue. Yum! ❣️
I have never had a bad meal at Chick-fil-A. Yes, they have forgotten a straw or ketchup here and there, but the food has always been hot and good. I just got back from this Chick-fil-A and my chicken sandwich is very soggy and the fries are just crumbs and barely warm. I am very disappointed.
The food is good as always but they had no lemonade which was a downer. And they didn't pay any condiments in my bag that I asked for other than that it was all good
They need to start doing well done again!!! This is completely unacceptable and nobody should be eating pink chicken! I am officially done with this chic fil a until they start doing well done and cook their food longer. Food is rushed and undercooked. I expect better
