Usually top notch. This time, they neglected to give me all of my order. After talking to a manager, I had to drive all the way back to pick it up because they didn't have anyone to deliver it. When I got to the restaurant, I tried calling at least 5 times to let management know I was there, which is what I did. The phone line kept getting disconnected. I walked up to the drive thru and spoke to someone. I didn't have the receipt because the manager that I spoke to did not tell me to bring the receipt. Quite frankly I wasn't thinking about it anyways because I was frustrated that I had to drive back to the store. After an "investigation" I was given my order. When I ask for comp drinks apparently they can't give you lemonade as a comp. They can only give you the carbonated drinks. I would think that if someone has to drive all the way back to a store due to the negligence of the store's staff, then they should be reasonably compensated. Didn't ask for my money back, just lemonade. Geez
My granddaughter was really looking forward to sitting down eating at her favorite restaurant again!! Customer service is still great and so is the food. Drive thru is always full and still moves quickly!! Thank you again!!

This was my worst Chick-fil-A experience (but still nowhere near my worst fast food experience).The syrup was out for the Dr Pepper. It’s obvious when this happens and it’s inexcusable to send carbonated water out of the restaurant. We were missing an order of fries as well.Not nearly as friendly as other Chick-fil-As. Girl taking my order was noticeably bored by it all. Nowhere near the exceptional customer service Chick-fil-A is known for.
Great customer service.There is some confusion about the drive thru yield and pass through experience. Saw an altercation almost get ugly because the way a car cut in line that didn't know they cut in line. Honest mistake because of confusion of flow.
Always the BEST service! Have never had ANY bad food, and only 1 mix up in all the years I have dealt with them, and thats usually at least once a week.
Always fresh, hot, ? delicious food. Always friendly, respectful, fast and caring service. My family's number 1 favorite place to eat.
So fast. I went at noon and had my order so quickly and it was correct. Great location.
I am so upset with this location of Chick-fil-A (the one at Hanes Mall Blvd, Winston-Salem). In our last visit we ordered their chicken salad to go. Well long story short, we found a bug, actually alive in our salad. That's disgusting! You just completely lost a costumer and I will not recomend this place to anyone.
I went here today (1/14/22) and got a Spicy Deluxe Sandwich Meal and it was great. Service was great and employees were friendly.
