I enjoyed every part of my visit to the restaurant/fast food joint, customer service good along with the food and the ice cream, top notch but parking and accessibility is a big deal to and for me, so because it is horrible, the five stars that they would get is down because you have to maneuver to much in order to get some good food, accessibility is big.
Although unusual, we had a bad experience at this location. The best part of the visit was the quick ordering and service, not at all crowded like the non-mall locations. The grilled sandwich had a cold bun. The fruit cup which required a $1.41 upcharge had only about 20 little fruit pieces, only half way filling the plastic container.
Good food but not worth the lines and prices in my opinion.
I have never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A besides at this location. There was a line of people waiting with only one girl working the register while other employees were walking around and texting on their phones. This place offers the worst customer service. They had no response besides an eye roll when they were told thank you. Didn't even offer any sauces and it seemed like an inconvenience to ask. Very disappointed, needless to say I won't be back and this location should just be shut down.
Chick-fil-A has set a standard that all others should eagerly try to duplicate. It's called perfect customer service and awesome food. Never ever been disrespected by a Chick-fil-A customer. Cooks Flea Market in Winston Salem, they should follow Chick-fil-A model. Please follow me on Instagram at francoisg1 and on Facebook at George Francois Byers and Francois George
This place is ok. Doesn't match all the hype that surrounds the name. I do like that they are closed on Sundays.
Always love chick fil a. Foods awesome. They try to be as fast as possible.
It was my first time eating there customer service was great and food was also very good!
Extremely disappointed in this Chick-fil-A. The employees are great but the manager has no sense of respect. I had a birthday reward that I wanted to redeem and I showed it to the manager when she came over to help the new cashier guy and she repetitively told me “I see your reward on your phone but my system isn’t recognizing it so you’re paying full price”. It’s not the money that was the issue it was the morals behind it. The cashier apologized on her behalf to me about 2-3 times as if this has happened before. If she treats her customers like this, I can only imagine how she treats her employees. Very disappointed considering this is a Chick-fil-A. I feel so bad for the employees for having to deal with her. Worst customer service ever.
I live right near Chick-fil-A and I go everyday. Breakfast and lunch. I get original gorgeous breakfast and grilled for lunch. You can't forget the waffle fries. At this location they have it set up for 2 lanes, so it is pretty fast. My favorite thing to get is THE FROZEN LEMONADE. They only have 1 size and I wish it came in large. But really...who doesn't like Chick-fil-A?
