Just left drive through. We ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and got a chicken biscuit. And a 4 count chicken mini. Got 4 rolls and 3 pieces of chicken. Nothing right in order. They are usually on it but not today.

These fries taste as horrible as they look. Wish I would’ve checked before driving off.

While I've never had a problem before this Chick-fil-A actually came out of the building to curbside where I was already paid and waiting on my food and told me that they can't do a wrap with fried chicken it has to be the grilled. I told the lady to refund me as this has never been a problem before at any other location. Prides themselves on "it is my pleasure" however customer service they won't do what other Chick-fil-A locations will. I asked the lady why they wouldn't serve it like the other locations she had no answer..just because.Never again!!

I rarely go to Chick-Fil-A because I hate the lines, however, my husband wanted "a lot of chicken nuggets". Since I don't go there often I asked the guy at the "walk up drive through" what was the largest meal for chicken nuggets. He acted annoyed, asked me what kind of drink I wanted and I said "I want to know the price first, I wish I had a menu". He snatched his portable menu from his side and barely held it to where I could see it. I ordered and said thank you and he barely spoke to me, like I was annoying him. Apparently it wasn't "His pleasure to serve me since he didn't say so or even say you are welcome when I said thank you. Another reason to add to why I don't like going to Chick-Fil-A.

Went to this Chick-Fil-A and waited 35 minutes in drive thru just to be told the kitchen was closed.I was told that even though the lights were turned off at the order board I was told that I should have stop there. I understand that they were closing early but to be spoken to the way that Josh spoke to my wife and I was totally disrespectful.I eat at Chick-fil-A at least 3-4 times a week and have never been treated this way.

So far so good, I have been eating there for a while few years! and I have not had any bad experiences. Everything was warm and fresh as I ordered it !

The service is excellent, a little pricey for what you get, tastes good. I go to support their concept.The food is reliably good but doesn't blow my skirt up. I like spicy enough to make my nose run, something you need 6 napkins for, something more of the dead cow variety...and no one in my house agrees. I know if I say chick-fil-a they're already in the car waiting...

Worst Chickfila experience that ive ever had!One single file drive-thru lane, no other options, and they were extremely slow!!Whats worse, nobody, not even a managet came outside to explain the delay!Also, if you can believe this, the food was not hot when i got it.

Horrible customer service. All employees stand around talking outside. My order is all wrong

the staff here aren't as polite as they used to be, and they served me incorrectly today. I said no tomato and she entered no pickles, which don't even come on the club. I was also given American cheese instead of Colby jack without asking for the switchm. She did not repeat my order back to me either. she didn't ask me what sauce I wanted and when the girl handing out the food came to my car and I asked for sauce she rolled her eyes huffed and went to go get it. I wasn't given a receipt, minus the one on top of the sandwich stating no pickles. They put so much extra whipped cream on my milk shake that it was spilling out everywhere too, on my hands the cup and my clothes. they still have their dining room closed too, meaning despite this I couldn't say anything unless I waited through that drive thru again.
