I have always loved Carrabbas. Their food never disappoints!

Our experience last night made us decide we would not be coming back to this location. We’ve always had pretty good food here and last night the restaurant was not crowded and it took about a hour to get our main entrees. It took so long that we told the waitress to just box our order to go, I ordered pork chops with extra Marsala sauce. The cup on the left was the extra order. When we got home we prepared to eat. I poured the sauce on my pork chops and potatoes and was horrified when I took a bite! The sauce tasted like pure water! My food was ruined as I put the sauce all over it.The food here has gotten progressively worse, I know Covid made finding help difficult but the food is not good here anymore. Our waitress was wonderful but our food was terrible. This carrabba’s has lost a longtime customer. $78.00 in the trash.
We've ordered curbside here 3 times since the beginning of the pandemic. Each time is more infuriating than the last. They have never had the food ready when they say it will be ready, the service people are rude, and this will be the last time we give a once great chain, our business. We hope the rest of you in Country Club Estates will do the same and just walk away. You'll be glad you did.Wow, when we got the order home, it wasn't even our order. We picked mussels, a caprese salad, and dessert. We ended up with 3 full meals that tasted like frozen dinners. Geez...
One the best lunchtime experiences that we've had in a very long time. I did not catch the name of the manager partners who took care of us today, but I do know she's from Miami Florida, she was absolutely wonderful treated our family tremendously well with her hospitality and food recommendations.The food was delicious and we will be coming back soon and hopefully we'll see her again too. Thank you.
Ate here last night with a party of 7. The food was great and our waitress Sarah K was amazing. Very attentive and making sure we always had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

First of all I will start by saying I normally love carabbas but this was not so good of an experience. First it took way too long for us to receive waters. Second the food was way over salted. Third there were bones found in my soup and when I mentioned it the owner said yea that’s normal…no it’s not normal it’s a choking hazard and should not happen. Fourth my wife’s main meal was not good tasted off and had again too much salt. Overall service was good but food was not. Will not be back.
