While my experience was alright, the donut holes were great and the Tenders tasted well! However, there did happen (and I know I sound rather exaggerated but this is 100% true) to be a fly in my chicken tenders when eating. Now, I understand the food service industry is a rigorous one, so I do commend you for your work, however, after I paid 40 dollars on a meal, it’s rather disgusting to see that I found a fly in my meal.
Great food, the cheese curds were amazing. We considered cancelling our actual food order to get three more servings instead. Fish tacos were fried to crunchy perfection and served with a tasty mango salsa which made all the flavors completely balanced. Our waitress was so kind and helpful since it was our first visit. Highly recommend!
First of all, I'm leaving 5 stars for the service. And I'd also leave 5 stars for the Ribs. Everything we had was great, and the service was excellent. Michael and Sierra were awesome. To be honest, this was some of the best service we've had here on the east coast since we've been here. ? ?

This place will be getting only 3 stars from me unless I see consistency! after going there for few months I noticed inconsistency in the service, food is still good to some extent! Last few time went there with my family was so upset! The server took our drink options and just vanished! We didn’t see him/her until 15 minutes later! Not to mention that some other server brought our drink which tells me there was no communication between the staff! Anyway, after getting our drinks the server takes our food options and vanishes again! The table was not cleaned so we couldn’t see the server to ask to clean it so we did clean it with some wipes!It was about time after 40 minutes to get our food so some other staff member brought our food! One of the order was completely wrong! So we waited about10-20 minutes and finally decided to just go ahead and eat it because we had appointments to go to!Finally, it was time for us to pay to leave! I told the server what happened and was told “ so sorry, why didn’t you tell me I would have fixed the issue “ I was like well we couldn’t see you for a while so we decided to eat!Second, two times staff almost argued in front of my table and what is worse, they tried to get me involved! I did not see any kind of respect between staff members. This is unfortunate!Finally, one more thing that upset me is the statement “ so sorry but we are short staff today” so I think to myself ok! So what do you want me to do then?? Should I like start making my food and bring my drinks? yes I understand if there are few times were someone is not there or had to call in sick or the restaurant is so busy they can’t keep up but not every time I go there ! Also, the costumer is not responsible for these issues!! The management of that place have to take care of this. We choose you for a reason if you can’t fulfill then why bother?! If you know what I mean?!I will keep updating as I go!
Very nice place. It is a sports bar. Nice beer selection. Carolina Hot Dog is the bomb.
An hour ago 5/2/22 3 pm - Winston-Salem- Beautiful day. My husband and i stopped while traveling because we remembered there was a patio. We asked for outdoor seating and the lady went to check to see if they were accepting outdoor seating. She said yes they were just cleaning up. There was another couple that came in that requested outdoor seating in and they said it would be a wait to them as well. We waited about 10 minutes and a guy came out and said all y’all that wants outdoor seating our bartender is the only server and well she can’t serve you outside so you will have to sit inside. He said it rudely- hateful like we shouldn’t have even asked!Of coarse we left and went to Village Tavern just down the road… excellent service there.Feel bad for the party of 10 coming in at 5pm… it was posted on the wall.
Won’t be back. Over an hour to get food. Never got our appetizers we ordered. Waiter made snood comment after leaving our table with the order. Food was cold. Never got drinks we ordered. Oh and there is only like 3 families here on a Sunday afternoon after church. Yeah something wrong.
Giving three stars because I’m sure there might be staff shortages and I’m sure the staff doesn’t get paid a high amount.Regardless, we didn’t get asked where we wanted to be seated by the host. I guess Wednesday’s are a bike night, so it was decently busy but not so much that it took 15 minutes to get our beers and then another hour for our food. Appetizers and food came out the same time, yet my wings were cold/warm. Husbands chicken sandwich was also warm. They weren’t that great. Saw one waitress on her phone constantly in the back in plain site. Like, really I get it but if it’s short, help out maybe?The ranch onion strings are awesome though. I’ve had them twice, once by delivery and in house. I’ve also had the southern chicken salad delivered too which was really good. Would I come in to visit again, no. Delivery though, yes because for a late night meal you all are open.
Rude an judge you just for being a lil loud .. smh weren’t even there for 25min all we did was order eat an ask for 2 shots each an they didn’t want to serve us anymore.. after here for over 3 years!! SMH
Food was good. The nachos are incredible, some of the best I’ve had.Why I’m taking away a star is for two reasons.One: The waitress didn’t get us any silver ware, napkins or little plates when she came out with our appetizer (the nachos). Because of this, my dad had to ask the front for napkins and silverware. She also didn’t notice that we had to get it ourselves. I did find it impressive that she didn’t need to write down our orders and she got everything right. That isn’t always easy to do unless you have a great memory.Number two: I ordered a separate order to take home to my fiancé. He got the frickles (fried pickles). They were not very good unfortunately. They were extremely salty. It was honestly over powering and you can’t really notice any other flavors because of it. So we won’t be getting that again.Other than that, it was pretty good. I got the fish and chips. The fried fish was pretty good. Wasn’t as flavorful as other fish and chips, tho.
