Got horrible diarrhea from their vegetable soup. Several of the servers are obviously on Drugs. There are roaches that have over taken the piss ridden bathrooms. Would be best to burn the place to the ground and rebuild

We are in town for a couple nights and thought this place looked good. We were not disappointed. I think the waitress was new but she did an amazing job taking care of her sizable area. I cannot stress enough how attentive and personable she was. Our food was good. Pretty standard kitchen fare. I wish we were in town longer because there were a few other items I would have loved to try. 1000% would go back.

Between last night's meal elsewhere and here today, I think that it's time to leave the take-out alone for a while. I ordered a BLT and hashbrowns and it was awful. The hashbrowns were VERY inedible. They were fried hard and flat leaving only a few areas that could be eaten. The BLT's bacon ? just wasn't good a little greasy and hard on the stomach. I was on my way to an appointment and couldn't turn around for a return. I think Cagney's may only be good for it's Buffalo Chicken salad...and that is sold at the one on Stratford. The second star is because the lady at the register has customer service skills. Other than this I'd do a one star ?.
Great breakfast joint! Updated 3.4.22: This place still rocks! All these years their regulars keep coming because the quality of food at these portions and prices are a fantastic deal! For what you pay at a drive thru you can have a meal prepared by people who care, better quality and the atmosphere is great for conversation. I always love coming back.
We were promptly seated. Our server was very prompt, friendly and very attentive. We both ordered the Spanish Omelet with hash browns, toast and i ordered a side pancake, coffe and orange juice. The portions were good and the pancake was huge! The food was delicious! Definitely will return on my next visit to NC.
Delicious and POPULAR. While there was no wait, there was a definite fast pace to the table movements in the setting of ZERO parking options. Very close to what looked like several hospitals and ETOH on the breakfast options....I would imagine the night shift life staff love this spot. Will definitely be going again soon.
The food was very good and the staff are so nice. They were very busy when we went but we was seated and served very quickly. Definitely will be back next time we are in Winston Salem
