Well where to start? Biscuit is overcooked to the point that it's hard, no seasoning on the fries, the only thing supreme about the chicken is how "supremely" small they are, and I understand if you're out of particular dipping sauces, but can you at least remember to actually give them to me? Will be trying to avoid this particular store from now on.
Don’t waste your time here. I’ve been three times and each time I waited more than 6 minutes just to get someone’s attention and take my order. There are usually at least four people standing just 10 feet away staffing the drive thru window. They make no effort to staff the counter. After seeing others do it, I too eventually walked out. Store need staff makeover.
I went to the Bojangles today May 8 of 2022 around 4 PM on country club in Winston-Salem North Carolina, went through the drive-through to order a two sausage biscuit combo, was trying to tell the lady in the intercom what we was ordering, and got interrupted by another worker ( a man) who told us that they do not sell a two sausage biscuit combo, with an attitude, we come to this Bojangles almost every week in the morning before we go to work and then ordering the same sandwich, this is a ticket of mine that I purchased in Thomasville from leaving that one on the way home, if you could get some good workers to work at the restaurant that knows the menu without attitudes that would be great, or please train the unproper employee who blurts out on intercom and doesn’t know the order on their own menu, nothing against the lady that was on The intercom first she was sweet happy Mother’s Day to her also ( if she’s a mother) it’s just until the gremlin got on.
This place started out great but now it is just a hot mess ! Their service is TERRIBLE to say the least. The workers have terrible attitudes and customer service. I will never and I mean never spend another dime at this location.
I enjoy completing completing surveys on thr receipts. Most people don't pat that a y attention but yall need to because it saves you money ! I redeemed a receipt survey I did for but one get one free and my total was only $1.07 ????
I love their chicken but the staff screws up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME. It boggles the mind how they ALWAYS get something wrong. I'm not exaggerating when I say ALWAYS. Even with something as simple as a chicken wing dinner, they manage to forget the biscuit. Check your order carefully before you leave the window.
I have always enjoyed my meals here. The Cajun filet biscuit is always a good choice for those that like their spice. The sausage biscuit, especially when they are running their special, is always a good breakfast option when you need something quick. The Southern Shock Mnt Dew is ?My main complaint is the amount of time spent waiting in line. I assume this is due to staffing issues mostly, but even before the pandemic, this location has not been known for its speed.
I go through the drive thru every day. This morning I had a gift card and told the girl to key the number in and how much was on the card. She was so STUPID she didn't know how to key a card # in. I love Bojangles. Unfortunately, at this Bojangles location, there is a 10% chance they'll get your order correct. Usually they forget to include the sauce. Ask for homestyle, you may get supremes. Ask for Mac n cheese, you may get fries. Management problem.Edit: tried coming here again. Been waiting 17+ minutes for a biscuit. Then they forgot one of the biscuits so I had to walk inside to get it. Funny how they never accidentally give you too many biscuits. Wonder how much money they make off people not getting what they paid for. One of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. I will never return to this location (and I’ve probably been here 50+ times). I’m done.
Lied about food availability multiple times and wasted how long I had to wait to get the food. Both this and Strafford has been the worse ones I've ever been to In my life. I understand supply constraints. But lying is my no go
