Very rude employees and slow service. Will not recommend
Ordered ahead. Got there 15 minutes after the said ready time. Order not ready. Bathroom disgusting. Short staffed. And the staff apparently could not effectively communicate anything. Order was correct at least. But I swear COVID has ruined every fast food joint. No customer courtesy. No “hi, welcome to Bojangles” no nothing. Just get your food and get the hell out. Like everyone working there has better things to do. Bojangles on Stratford Road. Winston Salem, NC. Sad.
The sign outside today, 5/15/22, said that you get a $10 gas card with the purchase of a 20-piece meal. The woman at the drive-thru said that they aren't doing that anymore. They also forgot the other half-gallon of tea, my receipt, and took a long time to get the food. On a positive note, the lady who brought me the food was nice and brought me a copy of the receipt. Too bad I didn't see that I was missing the tea.
Went to this location for lunch, approximately 12:15 on a Sunday. There weren’t very many people inside, in fact only ones there were in line(6 people. We were ignored the entire time, more concerned with drive through customers. After 20 minutes of being ignored we left. We had a 2yr old with us and he was hungry so he was as getting irritable. I have NEVER been so mistreated at a restaurant in my life! You need to seriously reconsider hiring new staff.
I had just left this place, a few minutes ago. I had got there maybe at like 9:20. Wasn’t really satisfied. For one they were out of chicken and it was gonna be a wait on supremes. They told me to pull forward, and I did. Ended up waiting a long time on food. I was observing the dining area, seen the employees on their phones or playing around. One employee was vaping/smoking in the dining area. When I received my food didn’t get any sauce, supremes were hard. I didn’t get an receipt either. Won’t be returning to this location.
This place needs to be shut down immediately.The staff and managers are rude, store is completely filthy. Needs to have a health inspector come out immediately due to food on floors phones jewelry and skin care products laying everywhere in the kitchen no gloves or any hair restraints worn. If your looking for a clean respectful place to go with the family this is not it
I would like to give 0 stars. Where do I begin? This restaurant is the worst. The last 3 times I've tried to order breakfast here has been a ridiculous experience. From them "not taking orders right now" to the person taking orders purposefully misunderstanding your order to the point you have to tell her nevermind and leave to just outright and complete rudeness. Ive never encountered such ineptitude. Im soo glad a Popeyes is opening up just down the road. This Bojangles needs new management and employees!
Tried to order & employees or someone inside were shouting and using x-rated sayings to each other so loud that the order could not be heard from the drive thru. I asked if they dneedrf help as I was going to call the police. When I finally gave my order & got to the pick up window I was told they didn't have any dark meat. Unbelievable but true. I cancelled order & left.
This has got to be the worst bojangles that has ever existed. The restaurant has a 91 health score barley an A. Carpets are nasty, every table is dirty with no one even in the dinning room. The register area is nothing short of filthy. We came here to get a simple biscuit and fries yet we had to stand there for 20Min before any of the girls in the drive thru even acknowledged us. Or order was taken rudely as the cashier walked off before we could even finish our order. You could feel we wasn’t welcome at this location and the way we was treated the only reason I could even think of is we are white. Someone other than us came in after us and was greeted and treated nice. Need to say they was not white. Why does corporate even allow this unit to run this way?
Took way too long to even get our order. One of the ladys in the back told the guy that tried to take our order that “They have to wait get the priorities first”. Overall rudeness. Props to the guy that at least acknowledged us when we walked in ?♀️
