Our waitress was exceptionally friendly and attentive!!!
First, or server Aiden was wonderful. The beer wasn't amazing for me. The flight of 4 I had went bad, but not great either. The beer is a great place for those starting into craft beer. But for the experienced or picky, you will most likely be disappointed. The food was the star of the visit. I had the brisket bacon burger. I subbed onions for mushrooms. If you want to feel like a real red blooded American, this is the burger for you. My daughter and I both agreed the fries were top notch. She said her chicken bites were the best she's had, but the "double breading" was excessive. A $50 dinner for 2 is a bit excessive and is why I didn't give 5 stars.
Hostess was somewhat r
Service was very slow. Ok. I will be patient, they could be a little understaffed.I heard someone chew out our waitress for sitting us at a table on the floor. (no hostess at that time) one of our party is in a wheelchair. One in the party asked for a separate check before any orders were placed. At one point when my drink was empty the waitress confirmed what I was drinking but I never received a refill.Food was slow arriving. Tasted pretty good, prime rib was tough. Some substituting had to be done, I get it. Ran out of some things or didn't get them.Check arrived. All on one. Close to $100. Once we received the separate check for the other party, my part was $106. (I know shake your head at that). Manager did make it right. There were two dinners added not ordered. One when the check wasn't divided and another one added when it was.Makes me wonder how many other people had things added to their bill and never noticed.Eating there sure wasn't worth the price even when corrected.
Great food. Service was slow. Price was good. To cold. Food got cold.
Had a group of 5 and all food was great with excellent service. Will definitely be back!
My food was cold when it got to my table. The waitress was nice and took it back without a problem. Returned with warmer food.
Dinner Was Good! Went Out With My Sister Family Time Is Always Good When There's Good Food And Drinks!
Family gathered here for Easter. BJs always has great food, especially the Chicken Tender Salad. My family enjoyed their entrees. The dining area was clean and neat. Our server was great and very patient. Will definitely return.
My sister and I went for lunch here last Thursday around 11:30. They weren’t busy at all and sat us in the bar area, which was fine but the music was a little too loud for conversation. We didn’t complain but it did get turned down. The menu is extensive which is great. But there’s a lot of overlapping ingredients, which is bad if they are out of something. Case in point, they were out of black beans and guacamole, so no Power Bowls unless you are willing to eat them without the missing ingredients. Since they had avocado, but no guacamole, they aren’t making it fresh, but they don’t claim to be a scratch kitchen. I’m not sure why they didn’t shop locally for those items. I switched to seafood tacos, one fried mahi-mahi and one blackened shrimp. They were both REALLY good! I picked the fries since no black beans and the fries were breaded and crispy. Yum! The tacos also came with tortilla chips and sauces. The green sauce was listed as avocado cream. The other sauce is fire roasted salsa EXCELLENT. The chips were fresh and thin with a nice amount of salt. Our server was very nice and kept our drinks full. We asked for a to go cup for our tea and she said they had cups but no lids. I just told her to leave room at the top to prevent spilling and she had no problem with that. I’m still giving 5 stars because they are flexible (mix and match tacos) and I thoroughly enjoyed my food. My sister ordered the Enlightened Mediterranean chicken bowl for a second time and said it was very good. I would return for lunch because there are several items I’d like to try.
