EVERY SINGLE TIME I TRY TO GET DOUNUTS FROM THIS LOCATION THEY ARE STALE - FOR YEARS! I TRY LIKE ONCE A YEAR. I tried again today for the year 2022 and at least you guys are consistent with ONCE AGAIN STALE DOUNUTS THAT HAD TO BE THROWN AWAY. Do better or just close.

I am extremely disappointed that all the Dunkin donuts near me have stopped selling the plant based sandwiches Lenoir, Statesville and Winston Salem

Google said they close at 9, came at 815, sat at the speaker for 5 minutes, no one said anything so I walked inside. They said they decided to close at 8 and just laughed. Worst customer service ever.
Their smoothie is really good. Strawberry banana is the best. The other one mango banana is good in the beginning but gets old faster. The other one I didn't try yet...
Multiple occasions can never get them to answer the phone and then goes to vm. One time, wouldnt answer and then took off hook!
