Was told this was the best Mexican Joint in Winston Salem. Was not disappointed. Super busy at lunch on a Friday and the staff was super short handed. They still got food out quick and took good care of us. 10/10
Tortilla chips and salsa while you await your meal from very proficient staff. Sports on in corner TVs, Dos XX banners hung diagonally throughout, and a daily drinks special posted suggest a party atmosphere after 5 pm. We came for lunch. Daily lunch specials and plenty of other choices. Good portion and price, decent food. I really enjoyed the Tortilla chips-fresh, not greasy, slightly sweet, cooking oil was not bitter. I'm glad a friend recommended.
always very friendly staff.food is always excellent and don't take long at all.generous serving sizes.they were packed one afternoon with a few large groups. our table still received the same service and attention we'd normally get.highly recommended establishment
Great food, really good prompt service. Place was packed just before a concert at Wake Forest football stadium and they were organized and steady. Very competitive prices.
Arriba Villa serves consistently delicious food. I think this is the Burrito San Miguel. It has chicken, chorizo, beans, and rice; is topped with cheese dip, sour cream, and Pico de gallo. Salsas roja and verde are spicy and flavorful. I like that chips and salsa are included in take-out orders.
Lunch for two, plus a Corona and a soda: 25 bucks. If I lived here I’d eat here at least once a week. Fresh and homemade food, highly recommend!
It was my first visit and was very pleased with the friendly and professional staff. Food is the best Mexican cuisine that I've had in Winston Salem!Update 4/2022: Eaten there many times now. Everything continues to be fresh and delicious and the staff is friendly and competent as ever!
Food was great. Service was even better. You can tell a great restaurant by seeing the locals all going there. It was packed for lunch because it was good food, great service, and fast!
Was looking for somewhere to eat close to the fairgrounds. Food was great. Prices were good. Staff could have been more attentive but they were busy
The location is great, the food is better. Caution not to go in the evening — there’s a flood of loud Wake Forest kids that come in. Other than that, it’s flawless!
