I was very excited about the new burgers. However, I was disappointed. I took a couple of bites and the meat was raw. It was browned on both sides but the inside was not cooked. Perhaps more training is needed on cooking the burger till its done.

Frankly nothing to complain about! The staff was nice and patient with me because I was asking a lot of questions and I got the gyro that were two for $6 and I think that's a deal for today's inflation this was in May 2022. The food was good and I got the pigtail fries which I love at least that's what I call them

The line in the drive through was backed up out of the parking lot and moving slowly. When we finally reached the speaker to place an order we were told that the staff was too busy and they just couldn't take anymore orders. We were turned away. Meanwhile the cars that had been in front of us were still getting handed food out the window. Very disappointing.

I went thru the drive thru for lunch and my sliders were hard the bread tasted old. I went back by WITH my receipt and the sandwiches when I gotOff work bc I was starving and that was my lunch. The girl In the drive thru said “if your name ain’t in the book then you ain’t getting anything”. I questioned it bc I had a receipt and the food from a few hours earlier. She was very rude and finally using a slur cussed and said “f*** it fine” Like no thank you I didn’t stay. I’m sure she would do something to my food. I left the sliders there and left. I work very very hard for my money and to be treated that way WITH the receipt from a few hours earlier and the food with it still in the bag, it was just plain wrong. Thank you for taking my money for nothing, causing me to miss lunch and waste gas to come back by when I live the other way.

I didn't recieve my whole order, instead of my mozzarella stick order I got a cup of some random liquid. I also sat in front of the ordering box for awhile before I was helped with only 1 other having been there.

Wait was long in the drive thru even though there were only two cars ahead of us. We had to pull around and go into the restaurant because part of the order was missing and yet they still messed the order up a second time. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED for what it cost two adults to eat there. I would rate this visit with zero stars if I could. DO BETTER!!!

So for one we are ordering through the drive through and the lady was super rude kept asking if we were done yet. And then they forgot my kids nuggets as well already got home. So we gave a call and the MANAGER was so rude and told us she must of been hallucinating because she definitely put them in the bag. She didn't even say once that we could come back and grab it. Pretty sure her name was melissa. How do you work in customer service and is that rude.

This was an excellent choice for lunch today. Food was pretty good. I had couple issues but Jaz, I think the manager quickly took care of everything and was very polite and curtious. Definitely recommend stopping by bit you have time.

I had to pick up a very large Uber eats order the other day and the employees were extremely nice. Two of them boxed the order up into two big boxes and carried them to my car. I wish I would have gotten their names because they definitely deserve Recognition!

Went almost at closing and they were still so nice.
