Jerry Jackson was the shift managers name. I was inside for about 10 minutes and in that time he made my day. He told his staff how great they were doing working together, encouraged them to keep up the good communication and apologized to the customer waiting for the wait and assured us he would be with us in just a moment. Everyone was wearing masks and with Jerry as their leader, it looked like a good place to work. The food was also great! Go inside if you can and see Jerry to make your day better.
Knollwood st Arby's in Winston Salem is by far the best! I came 10 minutes before closing (in which I didn't know about the closing at 11pm) the cashier asked me if I didn't mind waiting because they are closing soon and everything will have to be made fresh I felt bad and said it's ok I can go (since I used to work at a Arby's myself on N Point supervisor until they shut us down years ago) I know the feeling if trying to leave The cashier persuade me too order and even with a smile with no complaints. You talking about customer service at it's best?I will always recommend Arby's on knollwood and the night crew!!!!
I only eat at this Arby’s it’s always delicious and the staff is awesome. You need anything they are always happy to get it for you. I tell them every time I’m in there just how great they are and thank them for everything they do
Food is always good. But the professional guy that mans the window sets this business apart. The name is Jerry possibly?
I will chalk up the less than stellar food to supply chain issues to give the benefit of a doubt. Fries were good and fresh. Rest of the food was cold. The sodas were warm and had no carbonation. Not a good experience and we were the only people at the place.
The food was amazing but I didn't like the inside of the restaurant. By the soda despenser there was mess on the floor.
Driving home hungry! Come along this Arby's. Service is amazing. People working there take pride in their job. Food is great best fast food in the area. Give these folks raises!
Went inside for my food. Cashier was nice here. Had to wait for my food but the cashier kept on top of the situation for me. She was checking with the food crew in the back and they told her to stop bothering them. Like I said she was a nice lady.
It sucked! Everything was wet! The fries were wet, the bags were wet and I ended up throwing mine away! ARBY'S has always been my favorite and only restaurant I would get this great beef and cheddar deal and it was the best. Now, I am hesitate to go there and I really hate that. I'm sorry this survey could not be positive, but the service wasn't either.
Cold fries. Rude staff. What a waste of a prime location. Should look at hiring a different manager from November 4th @ 10:03:43 & a complete stranger even got it recorded on his phone because he was also standing outside the door waiting on warm fries also for his pregnant girlfriend. You need to check this manager ASAP because that's awful for the franchise & the last time I ever spend a penny at any location <=3
