94.5 sanitation rating on 6/3/22 @ 5:24PM. My party of 5 waited 30 minutes for a booth and it was not busy. In fact, one other party of 5 came in and just sat down "breaking" in front of us and they were immediately served.When the server finally got to us they just shrugged it off and said "sorry for the confusion." The confusion cost us an extra 30 minutes of wasted time.Also, see images of the bathroom that they do not care for.Added one star because our server, Maya I think it was, made the rest of our dinner better.Nevermind, just realized we don't have silverware and removing that star.

Applebee’s is nothing new to anyoneJust had dinner here this evening.Our food was pretty good.We had the 2 for $22, which is a good deal.Spinach and Artichoke dip appetizer and Oriental Chicken Salad and Fiesta Lime chicken.The Salad has a good flavor, but just a little too much dressing. The Chicken tasted very good, but the rice it came with was very dry and bland.

Most times there is a wait time to be seated. As we were coming in, the person who finally came over to us was already engaged in a conversation with someone.However, the sign posted said wait for hostess to be seated. Wait wasn't long, but it appeared to me that there was someone who saw us waiting and she made an executive decision to carry-on with her conversation with someone at the bar who may or may not had been a customer.? then she rushed over to apologize for the wait! People! When dealing with customer service, do not let sidebar conversations be the priority! I mean, you never know what's going on with people these days who reqiure more attention!Overall, waitress was great and food was delicious!

First problem it was filthy. Every table around us was dirty. And it wasn't busy at all. We had to ask for menus and waited exactly 10 minutes for our waitress. Even watched a table that came in after us get their order and appetizers before we were even greeted by our waitress. Counted 4 different waitress pass by none was ours. When our waitress came she was sweet at least. But she sat at one of the dirty tables and talked on the phone. She was on the phone the entire time an ear piece. Manager and a few workers came out started cleaning area while we waited for our food. Finally got food out and it was cold. Manager did offer to re-cook food but since we wasted an entire 2 hours and only had 30 minutes until our movie we decided against the re-cook. Manger then said well at least let me discount the meal. She provided a full $5 off. Spent $48 on cold food and the worse service I've ever experienced. Had to go and spend another $30 at theaters just so we weren't too hungry during the movie. We will never visit Applebee's again.

Very disappointed in Applebees today.Got the four cheese pasta with honey pepper chicken tenders and it was horrible! Chicken was dry and pasta had no taste. My wife food was not good either! My kids didn’t even touch their food $100 wasted. Definitely won’t be returning to this location. Bad quality food

A man walked in brandishing a firearm Valentines day stating he would kill everyone had his girl been there. My party informed the manager as we are sitting by the door. The manager stated she didn't believe us and "Ain't no camera's facing the door to show who comes in or leaves "then upon talking to her staff an they confirmed it happened she offered us a free desert which we declined. This manager clearly cares little about the patrons life as well as her employee's. I will never eat here an feel comfortable again. The worst dining experience I've ever had.

Do not recommend. Did not get our drinks until the appetizer came out and they gave my husband the wrong drink. We had to ask for utensils and napkins. The waitress only came back one more time and it was to take our food order. We waited 30 mins then finally flagged down a different waitress to take our card so we could leave. Our original waitress brought our card back and had charged us for a table of 4 instead of our bill which was only for two people. The manger did offer to fix the bill, we were just so ready to get out of here and will not be back.

We have had great meals and times here, and sadly poor experiences. Lately it has improved but past experience includes food poisoning. We have visited recently and love their burgers.

My friend and I were at the Applebee's on Patterson Ave./Allegcy Way in Winston-Salem, NC tonight February 26, 2022. We sat at the bar which is our normal thing to do when we go there on a Saturday night. A very friendly, female bartender greeted us and got us our beers and gave us menus. Then Tyler greets us and takes our orders. He was congenial and very attentive (at first) and there was some light hearted bantering going on. We got our meals and we were enjoying ourselves. My friend asked for another beer and he said "gotcha". We waited a few minutes and then I got Tyler's attention and said "she's still waiting on her beer". He grabs a draft beer and said something a bit sarcastic about he was waiting on it to finish pouring. She was drinking draft. She took a sip and mentioned that it didn't taste the same. Took another sip and said no, this isn't what I was drinking. Note here that since the female bartender got our first beers, Tyler had know way of knowing what my friend was drinking and didn't even ask her. Just gave her a beer that he evidently poured wrong for someone else. After a few more minutes we finally get his attention, AGAIN, to tell him that it was the wrong beer. He said "thought you were drinking 'such and such'. She said how would you know, you didn't pour my first one. He laughed it off and walked away. Through out our whole time there, he never came over to check on us or ask us if we needed anything...it was US trying to get his attention. Even when we were completely finished and needed "to go" boxes, we/I had to asked for a couple of more since what we were taking home was more than would fit in the boxes he gave us. My friend then ordered a "to go" meal for her husband and it came out way quicker than our original order did, which lead us to believe that it was a meal that was just sitting in the back. We paid with a combination of gift cards/credit card and we did leave a tip, but it was truly undeserved for sure. Tyler needs to be retrained to be more conscientious to ALL his customers and not just his friends while he's bartending or needs to be demoted or let go.My friend, her husband and I, along with another couple were frequent flyers every Saturday night and had the best time while Kaye was behind the bar. We actually went to that Applebee's because of Kaye. Now due to her not being behind the bar and some other issues with the other couple (that just so happen to be coincidental) we haven't been our "regular" selves, but after tonight's experience, I honestly do not believe any of us will be back.Sorry for your loss as I know I won't be back, but I cannot speak for my friends.

Good and waitress was great. Turned the dinner around. To begin with we were told 25-30 minutes. We waited our time and walked in. We had 7 adults and 3 babies. Alot if people were out in front of us at tables that could have been out together to accommodate us. Finally after an hour and 10 minutes we were placed in two booths ( with three high chairs)!!! After the high chairs were out in place we re adjusted and just squeezed in the booths cause the high chairs were going to be hit in the isle. The hostess there need to be replaced. Very poor attitude and don’t know how to do the job. The waitress saved the meal. She was very polite!!
