We haven't eaten there in many years. The restaurant wasn't crowded, only 4 tables of customers. The waitress got our food order wrong, (she told us she put it in wrong & hoped that we were okay with it, but didn't offer anything to compensate for it. Then my husband's ribs were served cold. My food was good though. We were over charged on our bill. We ordered the 2 for $22 (not extra food) but our bill was $45. My husband just paid it without complaining, but we were both disappointed with the experience & probably won't go back.
Service is not good. If you think you might need something ask when you order. The steak is really tough and not much flavor. The salad looked old. Alcoholic drinks are weak. We only ordered alcohol because the meal was so bad. Not a fun time
A visit in 3/16/22. Cold rainy night and your staff tried to seat us right by the air conditioning vent. We asked for another table and were seated at a table with a broom and dustpan by the tables corner.Waitress asked if we wanted anything to drink. We ordered 3 Sweet teas. It took her 16 minutes to return with the sweet tea. We had to track her down for straws.I ordered the bacon cheese burger. I took advantage of getting the wings for 5.00 as an appetizer. The appetizer was delivered with the dinner. We had a great view of the kitchen and dish washing machine. Very nice wet dirty floors was in sight from our table. All sorts of paper on the floor by dish machine. The dining room was pretty much empty. When the dinners were delivered along with the appetizer, the server walked away. We had to track her down to ask for A1 Sauce. 17 minutes later, she brought two one oz souffle cups with A!1 Sauce. Are you that cheap that the customer cannot have a bottle to to pour our own sauce.The other employees were sitting at the bar playing with Thier phones. My question is, where was the manager? Hiding in the office? This location is a joke!
Pay husband and I love going to Applebee'sBecause we feel like we are treated well by the staff there. We love the food. Our special treat is the "two meals for one pri e. We are always looking for the Applebee's sign when we travel and pull in to eat. Try it I know you will experience the same thing we did. We recommend Applebee's to everyone.
When we stepped into the restaurant we waited 20mins to be seated keep in mind it is not busy. The manager seated us and we waited 15 mins for our waiter to come. We ordered drinks and everyone's drink came out but my daughters strawberry banana smoothie. We were almost done with our food when she finally came back to the table to top off our drinks daughter never got smoothie and I was over it. Three stars goes to the cook next time I'll go to the one off university. Great customer service their.
My first review was deleted which I made a few days after the day we went but here it is AGAIN!! Me and 5 other servers came in on The night of Feb 4th of this year and received bad service, undercooked appetizers and I found a GNAT in my margarita to top off the whole fiasco we were going through all for the manager who we had already seen earlier and looked like she hated the place and didn’t want to be there, to tell me all she was gonna do was take the drink off and proceeded to walk off right afterwards! Her whole demeanor from when we first saw her to how she handled the situation at hand showed me and my group how much they care about their customers which is NOT AT ALL!!! Tonight my family and I really enjoyed ourselves. We had great service. Even though everyone was extremely busy trying to take care of all the customers it was good to see that some people still have good standards. My waiters name was Tim and I don’t remember what the managers name was but everyone was helpful, polite and courteous. My only concern that I addressed to the manager was about the size of my entree looking like the size of an appetizer but she listened to my concern and I was pleased with everyone’s business etiquette. Well done to all the the staff and the food was also delicious. Please keep up the good work and smiles on your faces!
The food was great, exceeded expectations in fact. I had the Burbon Street Chicken with Shrimp and it came out sizzling and tasted fantastic. The resurant was a bit dated and could use a slight clean up in a couple places. Overall, if you want good food, I would recommend this Applebees.
We had a party of 9 and they were accomodating on short notice. The waiter did a good job, he stayed on the orders and the drinks. The menu is very family budget friendly. You can order 2 for 20 or 2 for 25. You get tons of food. You can feed a family of 4 with two meals.
We went yesterday because my mom wanted some French Onion soup. Veta (sp?) Met us at the door and helped get us in, mom is in a wheelchair. She was so kind and helpful which started our visit great. I didn't hear the waitresses name although she was awesome, attentive and kind. The food was great
