I got to pick and I nailed it. Great atmosphere under the tent, service was outstanding and our dinners of meatballs and scallops were amazing.
Cam here with long time friends snd found it delightful on the outside setting was socially fustanced The food was rather simple in nature snd well prepared. Prices were correct gur the good quality. Recommend gur weekend lunches
We celebrated Easter enjoying a fabulous brunch buffet. 1703 never disappoints, one of the best restaurants in Winston. Also, thank you I appreciated staff still wearing masks.
Gochujang Grits: At least one person in your party should get the seafood so you can experience this. The rack of lamb is like a mad scientist crossed a filet mignon with a duck. Pickled okra stuffed with pimento cheese made by people who understand both. Top notch.

It’s obvious why this place is a local favorite. The decor is warm and inviting and the staff is really friendly. And, of course, the food is superb.
Amazing service, also would have ordered most of the menu, looks great. The wine list is killer too and all reasonably priced for the quality. Start with the bread and butter, wow, a genuine surprise. The goat cheese bbq brussel sprouts great harmony of a pairing. The wild mushroom risotto hit all the notes, superb! The sea bass was cooked just nice and crispy, yet flaky w/ this lemon sauce succotash. Great execution of the creme brulee, perhaps more vanilla, only selfishly saying cause I want to order again! Great dining experience.
