I would recommend this place to everyone I had a gift card on my phone but didn't know how to use it. But the young lady who was working the drive through was sweet enough to show me how to use it to pay for my order. She's was very nice and friendly had a awesome personality. I enjoy eating with zaxbys it's great food and very inexpensive
Good place for some chicken, ordered the wings and things combo with their new buffalo garlic sauce but they gave me tongue torch which it didn’t bother me I’ll just try it next go around
The service through drive thru is horrible. They're staff needs to go check out chick fil a crew.

I wanted a salad, but didn't want to pay over $8.00 for a bowl of lettuce.And I was under the impression that I could not get a salad without the big chunk of chicken.
We stopped in to get items to go. We ordered 20 traditional wings with nuclear sauce and a cobb salad. As I stood there waiting for our order five other customers came in because of errors in their orders. We waited over fifteen minutes for our order. When I got home there was no dressing for the salad that I requested (Mediterranean dressing) but four packets of Ranch dressing. I cannot eat ranch dressing and I ordered the salad. Then we opened the wings and instead of 20 there were only 19 and there was very little sauce and no celery. I could understand the issues had they been exceptionally busy or even short handed, but the drive through was not even full and they had twelve staff visible behind the counter and in the kitchen. This was not the first issue we have had at this restaurant but it was the last straw. No more Wilson Zaxby’s for this family.
