On top of very unfriendly staff that barely spoke to me, I got food poisoning. Employees looked unkempt and non caring . Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WENDY'S. FYI....The employees need training on how to at least speak to the people who pay their salaries. In fact, they all need to be fired and another staff come in. This is the Wendy's on Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson, N.C
Terrible experience today. No ice in machine, had to ask for it from the drive up machine. No ketchup at all. Don’t think we will be going back.
Resturant was a bit dirty... crew was inattentive and more interested in their phones than their jobs. Counter appeared to have not been cleaned for quite some time
People that work here always very unpleasant.Food is fair but sloppy every time we go. Tonight they acted mad cause I took the time to wipe our frosty cups of before I put them in my cup holders because the outside of all 4 cups had more ice cream then the inside. A have a nice night thank u or something goes a long way they should at least speak to u at the window. Also the whole restaurant is very dirty everytime we go. We never go inside anymore.
If you're looking for rude service, a wait as long as your lunch break and incorrect or nasty food, congratulations! You've found the best place for it.
Food was pretty good, although the fries had No salt on them. The service very very slow. Almost 20 minutes in drive-thru with 4 workers standing around doing nothing.
Wendy’s was excellent. Been wanting their bake potato and chili for ever. I enjoyed every bit of it. Cashier was very nice
Very slow service! Order incomplete and half the order was hot and the other half cold! Lots of laughing and conversating at the window! Not worth the wait
It’s always something with this place. Last three times I’ve tried to eat here it’s been a different story. First time they couldn’t “take cards”, next time they had “nothing but nuggets and fries”, and just now the excuse was “rebooting our system and it takes 20mins”. What a joke. Who owns this place? If this was my store I’d want to get on top of these issues.Won’t waste my time trying for a fourth time at this location.
My mother and I had to waist along time to order our food. Then when we drive to the window to pay. There was an African American young lady with long braids who snatched my mothers money from her. She was very very ignorant and rude. I hope management reviews this review. She needs to learn some respect for the public. What an ignorant young women.
