My first experience at Wayback Burgers was enjoyable. My family and I dined here on a Friday evening. Upon entering I noticed that the place was clean and tables seemed wiped down. The lady that took our order was very friendly. She also checked on us throughout our meal to ask if everything was OK and I appreciated that. She also asked other patrons the same and did a great job being observant and present; her customer service was A1. Our order was brought to our table by one of the friendly cook's and our order was accurate. I like the taste of their cooked to order burgers and fries, my son and boyfriend does as well. It was not overly busy but it was steady and thankfully we didn't have to wait too long before our order of 3 combos were ready. We were given a coupon to use on our next visit which I fully intend on using because we will be back to visit this location. Looking for a burger joint other than the usual burger chains?... try Wayback.
The burger was very juicy and the cheddar cheese was melted perfectly!!This place has outstanding hamburgers and the french fries were also fried to perfection.It was reasonably priced considering it's not a fast food restaurant.
So today I decided to giev Wayback another visit. There burger are pretty good and old fashioned. So as I was putting my order in they have there build your own burger . I went to ask for the Classic no tomatoes or onions . As I asked for my fries I made a request if I could get the cheese sauce instead on that shredded sauce just because when it gets to me the cheese is not even melted. So the cashier went to say that was impossible because that was only on certain things. I asked her that I didn't mind paying extra and she still declined . So on top of that I get my bacon and cheese fries it had few pieces of bacon. It's sad that you cab build a burger and do add-ons on it but can't do that on your own fries ? ? sad.
The double bacon cheese burger was absolutely delicious and the super sized onion rings are fantastic.
First time trying it and it blew my mind.If you want a good old fashion burger with that old seasoned flat top grill flavor this is the place. Very. Good portions

Very delicious!!! I had the Carolina burger. My had double bacon.We both had side of onion ring. So good!!.
The cheesey burger is my favorite and it's probably my favorite burger of all time! The cheesesteak is very good also as well as the onion rings, really all the food is good it's a bit of a pick out the wallet but you get what you pay for and it's all made as you order so if your not in a hurry and you don't mind spending a few extra bucks then you would at the drive thru McDonald's then you need to try it it's worth it for sure!
I ordered chicken tenders at 7:23 P.M… I have not seen them even put the tenders down… It is now 8:20 P.M.
