Worst Taco bell I've ever been too. Reason why manager named Melissa with a very nasty attitude! Pulled up nooo customers nowhere in line....asked for 1 item, the nacho fries and asked could it be cooked to order because I like mine hot and fresh. Got to the window hands the bag out. Mashed one if the fries together with my hands proving the weren't hot, and ask could I get fresh ones. Manager said they had just came up refused to cook me anymore and immediately gave me my money back arguing with me instead of cooking me fresh fries smh. Asked her what the district manager name was she act like she didn't know or the complaint number. Finally gave me someone name Tavell. I'm never going back to this taco bell until this terrible manager is fired or relocated smh. Please be mindful of who y'all are hiring to work with the public!
Absolutely great customer service. Dealt with Melissa working the drive thru, both friendly and fast. Food was also came out fast, correct and hot and was a refreshing experience when these qualities seem rare in fast food, particularly at 10pm
Clean dining room and hot food!Probably the cleanest Taco Bell I have ever been inside of.I liked the kiosk ordering platform where I could take my time and customize my food. The food arrived HOT, FRESH, and FAST.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
One of the best Taco Bells in Wilson. They prepare food in timely manner without looking as its been thrown in the bag. I make the drive across town passing another just to have their customer service at this specific store.
I hope I don’t want to eat at Taco Bell in this town again! I understand that the world now days can’t find employees, I understand that when you do find one you more or less gotta take what you can find! But the ones in this Taco Bell are chaotic and very rude! It took them more than 15 minutes to make 2 tacos when I was handed the bag the ( not sure what they wanted to be called) just threw the bag on the counter and walked away! At least the Pepsi was right!
Nice staff. Slowest service. They only cater to their drive thru. Cars coming and going and people waiting 20 minutes inside. Clearly something ain't right.
This taco bell is consistently good. Friendly service, fresh food, have never gotten the order wrong.
I absolutely loved it!! The food was fresh the service was fast and courteous!!! You gotta go to this location! I went late night 20 min before closing and I was shocked at how they gave me fresh food. Most restaurants don't do that which is why I never order out an hour before closing but I took a chance and it was absolutely amazing!!!
cashier was beyond rude...my daughter in law ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito and they didn't even put meat on it and my chili cheese burrito had about 1 tablespoon of chili on it with not much cheese and i paid for extra cheese...by far the worst experience at a taco bell
Clean store. Right off US 95. Management does a very good job making sure the workers are in place. I am coming back to get my Nacho Bell Grande.
