This Starbucks was on point with our entire order including several drinks and sandwiches. It’s a great place to stop at and order our coffees on our way to and from Florida when we stay in Wilson, NC. The staff was friendly and our order was quick using the drive-thru. I highly recommend this stop when in the area.
Forth time coming here and every time it is a unorganized cluster-f!!!! Only one other location has been able to win a low starcount from me.
I have been going here for almost 2 months now and every morning they have barely no line so that's really great for me. They are very sweet and try their best to make sure you are happy with your order. But ever since I have been coming here there has been a lot of impressive improvement with the staff and management they all greet you with a smile and i have never had any problems with them or the customer service they provide. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE YOU WILL ENJOY IT!!!?? I JUST WENT THERE THIS MORNING AND THEY WERE GREAT AND VERY PLEASANT.
Really cozy and clean Starbucks, right next to I-95...easy off and back on again! Super friendly and helpful staff, too. Some decent fast food options very close by, too.
First time I've ever been to a Starbucks with NO line! At first glance, I thought it wasn't opened. However, this is a brand new location so folks may not realize it's open yet.Very friendly young lady working the drive thru. Location is just off the exit ramp, so very easy exit/on if you're in a hurry.
Disgusting restroom, unfriendly and untrained staff. No management. Might as well shut this one down. Newly opened.... and we threw both drinks away, they were gross and missing ingredients. Couldn't find a manager to get money back.
Drinks were good and what we ordered. The food was hot and good, and the service in the drive thru was at Starbucks level, friendly, suggestive with rewards app, and kept the mood light while mainting a speedy checkout.
We went yesterday and it was a terrible experience. We ordered online. Picked up inside. 1.) we ordered things and when we got there they were out of them. Okay. No big deal at first. But then they made a majority of the drinks wrong. And when the friend I was with pointed out hers, the girl got an attitude, asked “how is it wrong” and THEN proceeded to ask her why she can’t just drink it how she made it. Who asks a customer that? 2.) No bags for the 5+ food items we ordered. No drink trays. And also no hot slips to carry those drinks home. My friend had to fix the lids and add stoppers to all of them as well and the employees attitude was extremely uncomfortable. Will not come back.
I’ve been here several times but will not go anymore. Not very friendly staff. Lots behind the counter, just not very customer focused. Mostly just have fun between themselves and get to your order when they feel like it.
The staff today were very friendly and professional! This location probably gets slammed because it’s right off the highway, so expect a wait time when things are busy. Just relax and use the opportunity to stretch your legs and remember to be thankful for what you have.
