Not thrilled with the new staff. I order the same drink everytime I come and each time it's made differently. Mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino with caramel drizzle on the side of the cup and on the top. The past few times I've gotten no caramel and the Frappuccino itself is watery. Like a iced coffee watery. I love Starbucks and this used to be my go to store. I think I might have to give Scooters a try after all. What a shame

OMG!!! I ordered a mocha cookie crumble frappe online and received the incorrect order at the drive thru. No problem....went inside.....either it was the incorrect drink or the person didn't know how to make it. I didn't say anything ....maybe they have new employees.
Cashier was a little extra. Got our order wrong no surprise. Wanted to argue with me lol There goes your tip lol. Poor service. Out of menu items. Really this trip was a Zero star.
It’s so nice to visit Star Bucks to get a danish and a coffee. It’s even better to be greeted, great customer service and friendly faces. CJ did a awesome job taking my order and making my drink. 5⭐️
It is a sad shame that I have ordered 4 different times from this store and every single time half my order is missing. I called this morning and was told that they would bring my coffee to me and have it remade. An hour and a half later still no coffee. I will not be ordering from Starbucks again.
30 minutes in the Drive-Thru line that started off with just five cars. Also I ordered a caramel ribbon frappuccino with extra caramel and it tastes like I didn't get any caramel in it at all. Just disappointing
On 12-15-2021 @9:36amI went through drive thur, to order a chocolate cookie crumble Frappuccino sub white mocha sauce for mocha sauce ( the lady kept interrupting, and yelled) first of all for good customer service you try to understand your guess you don’t get annoyed with them, and we also ordered a ice sugar ice latte add strawberry inclusions, and she gave us a hot latte with strawberry inclusions, and knowing that she was confused you would’ve thought that she would read back our order but no. we didn’t want to argue at the window so we left it.
Went to pick up my order inside, the baristas ignored me constantly and just kept looking around at me instead of asking if I needed something. Also the girl with the midwest accent through the speaker in the drive thru is always rude.
I ordered one item ahead of time, when I arrived not only was it not ready but I had to five minutes for the staff to stop talking amongst each other and another five minutes for them to actually prepare my order. What's the point of ordering a pre made food item ahead of time if you're just going to have to wait at the location? The manager is incredibly rude even though I was nothing but polite to her.
