Hot dogs never done. Why we go to Zebulon there customer service and food is always on point. Management fault.
Sonic is a hit and miss. We've had good and bad experiences, sometimes parts of our order will be missing. Our most recent trip the order was correct and brought to us quickly. We use the app because we enjoy the 1/2 price drinks. Overall the staff is friendly and helpful
Food is delicious but server forgot my drink (tea) and said he would be right back. He forgot and continued to deliver other orders. Staff also did not send dipping sauces that my daughter asked for and was on receipt. Not really busy but definitely really forgetful. Maybe get orders RIGHT BEFORE delivery.
I can’t believe how long the wait was. Absolutely ridiculous considering it wasn’t that busy. Maybe if they paid more than $10 an hour, sonic would have more employees and it wouldn’t take 30 minutes to get two shakes.
Love the Diet cherry limeade. Service was a bit slow today we ended up just going through the drive through and ended up getting our stuff pretty quick that way.
That banana shake today was absolutely amazing!! It had fresh bits of banana and topped off with whipped cream and a cherry!! Also ordered a Jr burger which was good and affordable. Enjoyed my experience here today.
I got a reeses peanut butter cup shake, my son got a oreo cheesecake shake, also my husband got a lemonade icy drink the service was friendly and quick much appreciated for a quick snack.
Took my 13 year old son and it was great. their tots are by far the best. kid loved his chicken strips as well.
The bread was old and crumbly fries soggy bag partly filed tomatoes mushy just made me sick.tea was way to sweet.
service sucks, food was put together poorly and prices are outrageous
