The Pizza Inn located at 700 Ward Boulevard in Wilson, North Carolina is by far the best Pizza Inn I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. Extremely clean establishment with incredible Employees who will go above and beyond to make sure customers are fully satisfied. Destiny, a Shift Manager at this particular location, truly takes pride in providing customers with a dining experience that shall not ever be forgotten. Her customer service skills are absolutely top notch and you can tell she thoroughly enjoys working at this wonderful restaurant. Destiny is a true professional who is courteous and receptive to courtesy. Her welcoming smile and positive attitude will carry her very far in life as well as with this company. Great pizza always.
So disappointed, just picked up lunch and ordered an small salad. When I got home the lettuce was brown and slimy. I always try to eat local and picked here for a salad. Do better Pizza Inn!!!
Took my family to eat buffet got there at 7:00 3 old pans of pizza on the buffet. Had to wait an hour and a 1/2 for fresh pizza. Kept asking when will any get done kept getting the run around. Its a buffet I mean keep the pizza coming!!

Couldn’t keep up the buffet because too many call in orders. I’ve Never have seen it like this before. I usually don’t complain about the little things but 2 pizzas come out when there’s no other pizzas on the buffet & 7-8 people empty them in a flash it wasn’t a pizza buffet at all. But there was plenty of salad & pasta. We ate in shifts. Manager did take off one buffet after I asked for a reduction plus 20% for the rest.
