The lunch buffet is awesome!! You can ask for anything you may want made...got take out the other night, they didn't disappoint!! Their chef salads were perfect!
I called at 9:18, they close at 10, a girl named Jariya said they are closed already. I guess she didn't want to take my delivery order.
Service is really bad wings way under cooked pizza order was wrong call 2 make them aware and they act like u didn't place the order that u ordered get the Manger on the phone she seems 2 have no knowledge of wat she is doing and we live about 20 mins from the store and they expect u 2 drive all the way back up there this place needs knew management and customer service program they r really horrible I advise 2 just stay away if u don't want 2 waste ur money
The Pizza Inn located at 700 Ward Boulevard in Wilson, North Carolina is by far the best Pizza Inn I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. Extremely clean establishment with incredible Employees who will go above and beyond to make sure customers are fully satisfied. Destiny, a Shift Manager at this particular location, truly takes pride in providing customers with a dining experience that shall not ever be forgotten. Her customer service skills are absolutely top notch and you can tell she thoroughly enjoys working at this wonderful restaurant. Destiny is a true professional who is courteous and receptive to courtesy. Her welcoming smile and positive attitude will carry her very far in life as well as with this company. This Pizza Inn should be the model example for all Pizza Inn locations to follow. Highly recommend this incredible establishment to everyone. Five stars!!!!!!!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is the second time I have tried this place for carry out. Last time when I came they weren’t open, yet app placed order. Tonight we show up, get stuck in line behind other cars, you can’t leave once you pull in. We get to the window, thirty minutes after order is supposed to be ready and its not. The manager did give me the order at half price, then I was asked to pull forward so they could bring it out, another 15 minutes we got food. So over one hour late and thirty minutes of this we were waiting for food “in the oven”. The manager was pretty decent but I will never return to this location.
No need waste your money. Went at pitch time and buffet was empty. They couldn't keep up with pizza on the buffet.
Food was wonderful. Short staffed. Staff did the best they could with, it was for very difficult for them to keep pizza food bar stocked with any pizza. We were only able to get two slices of pizza, that's how fast it was going. More people in restaurant and staff could keep up with. Hopefully people will be willing to come to work. Plenty of jobs to be had. Tip of the hat to the employees who were doing the best they could.
We sat for 15 minutes and no one came to take our drink order. The waitresses were waiting on tables all around us but never came to our table. We left after 30 minutes and still no one approached our table. I know you are short handed but if you can serve others that are sitting right next to your table and also serve others that came in after you , then your waitresses has got a big problem. It will be a long time before I return if ever.
