My parents went to pizza hut and got a pizza for takeout and now they got a stomach bug. I believe they have a food poisoning. This place should be shut down for selling rotten, spoiled food. I am highly upset and they will never go there again
Make better pizzas my pizza was so dry it’s like they didn’t put any marinara sauce I guess it’s because I use my hut reward points
I ordered a small pepperoni and cheese pizza and an order of cheese breadsticks with meat sauce. I got a beef and mushroom pizza. No sauce for breadsticks. My husband waited forever to get and order of meat sauce that turned out to be plain COLD marinara sauce. I paid for the meat sauce. It’s not that hard to get an order correct. My last 3-4 orders have been wrong!! Pizza Inn for us from now own!!
Get people who know how to work. Not only was my order not ready when I got there, I waited another hour...for real...1 hour. And my pizza was cold, the staff...was busier talking to their friend than to acknowledge me standing at counter. I have never been so disappointed.
Pizza was great, but the cinnamon rolls were stuck to container. Could not even eat them. Triple treat box ended up only being a double treat.
I never got my order tonight.... tried to call the store but seems their phone was cut off! I can't get ahold of them and we want our money back! always a problem with this store it's either no food at all or missing items every single time.... you guys need to fix whatever the issue is asap! refund asap please!
My cheese bread sticks were burnt and my pizza was room temperature. I didn’t call the store to have items replaced cause it was already 10:30pm. Overall dissatisfied with the whole experience.

I order from Pizza Hut all the time. But my order yesterday was Horrible!! The delivery person didnt knock loud at all (if they ever knocked I swear they never knocked at all) We were sitting in the living room and didnt hear them this has never happened. They left and we had to wait an additional 20 mins for our food. When we finally got it the chicken was not cooked all the way neither was the stuffed crust pizza the cheese inside the crust was horrible. To recommend I would say fix these issues with the employees/manager/cook.
Waited in drive through for over 20 minutes....if people are waiting for orders that are not ready they should park and wait and not block the drive through. I arrived when my confirmation stated to and waited, when I finally received my pizza, it had been in the warmer so long that it was dried out.
