This is my third time ever visiting olive garden, and never before have I experienced such service. My server acted as if she didn't want to be bothered with me and my family. We were sat with no silverware. The server stayed behind the bar doing other things and let us sit for 3min before she came to greet us. She almost made it seem like she was forced to wait on us. I noticed something was off from the moment I walked through the door the atmosphere was not like that of any Olive Garden that I've gone into. I am very upset that me and my family had to experience such horrible service were there in a prestigious restaurant such as this. My feelings are truly hurt. Outside of all of that the food was exceptional, and we didn't have to wait a long time for our meal. But I can't say with conviction that I will not stop coming to Olive Garden from one bad experience, but I do look forward to having better service next time. Maybe it was just a bad night
Comforting dining experience. Wait staff is very helpful. Shout out to Tim. Gave me his favorite picks and I had a delicious and fulfilling meal. Definitely gonna keep checking this location out.
After being seated for 20 minutes still no server. This is after asking a waitress and the bus boys to have someone come assist us. Guess they do not need our money! Good bye.Location was not busy at all. I can see why.
When we arrived our waitress informed us that she had only been there 2 weeks but had been a server 11 years so while we expected some delays we has no idea how bad it would be. 1st we waited 10 minutes on just drinks (they were not busy). Then we order and recieved our bread but after about 15 min of waiting on our salads I had to get up and ask the hostess for them. The salad was the worst I had ever recieved at a Olive Garden but the worst part was as soon as we got it all of our food was out. Then it took an additional 15 min just to pay. There were several other things we asked for and never received.
The food is pretty good. It could be a bit better if they used better quality products but the salad is always good and the soup so good.
I came to olive garden at 5:50pm today is December 24th 2021 I didn't know what to expect as far as long waiting line or short line... But it's extremely packed (which is understandable considering it's Christmas eve ) the woman at the register asked for My phone number to text me when a table is available to sit. She said the wait time is 35 minutes..I don't know if that waiting time is normal or not since this my first time at olive garden, so once I and my fiancé finally reached a table and ordered drinks one was mango strawberry iced tea it was extremely sweet like it had a lot of mango taste our food the wait time for the food we ordered, which was two different meals ( mine was shrimp scampi and my fiancé was chicken scampi ) it took olive garden so loooong to get us our food I started to fall asleep 'no disrespect towards company or staff'. I wish they was just a bit faster but either sacrifice speed with uncooked or overcooked food or long wait time with food cooked the right way.But quality of food was amazing definitely recommended to try olive garden in Wilson locationI would of put 5 stars but issue is the duration of waiting in the lobby plus waiting when we got to our table... 4 stars till they figure out how to get food out to customers in a decent standard time without decreasing quality of food.
A decadent solo visit while working in a different city than my own. I was in Wilson NC. My server did not have z badge displayed but she was delightful and on point. The Pasta Fagioli is my favorite. I order a tiny cup of meat sauce to dip my bread in after I butter it, then pour the rest in your embellish my soup. So much flavor! I also ordered an Amaretto Sour. This was MY time to relax after work. All places and all bartenders have tiny variances in their libations prep. I would have been ecstatic with a touch more sour mix in my drink, but it was still a delicious and fruity treat. I drink my adult beverages after my meal almost as a dessert if I am driving after lunch. Sometimes small sips through the meal. But please: Always drink responsibly and choose iced water or coffee, pop/soda, juice or tea if ALL your having is a beverage and then driving.GOAL NEVER TO DRINK AND DRIVEIF I had room after my soup salad and bread I would have loved a Tiramusu for completion.I knew I could not finish one and I was solo. But, it IS my favorite.Be safe everybody!Enjoy!
We ate there tonight 11/21/21 and my husband got the spaghetti and meatballs, he bit into a meatball and quickly said this tastes freezer burnt, I tasted a small bite and it was terrible, the taste was horrible and the texture was of canned dog food, it quickly turned his stomach and he lost his appetite, we told the waitress and she was wonderful, and asked if we wanted something else he declined. She said she would get the manager to remove the meal. When we got our bill, I was looking at the bill and there was a salad put on the bill and the spaghetti and meatballs were removed. I asked the waitress about the charge and she was unaware about it and stated that that manager must have placed the salad on our bill. I asked to speak to the manager and he came over and stated that he had to charge me for a salad because my husband did not "like" his food and he ate a salad. I stated to the manager in a firm voice that the meatballs were bad and that we had no way of knowing that. The manager proceeded to argue with me and state some other things in the restruant in front of other customers. I asked numerous of times for him to remove the salad and he had an excuse, I then told him that I would take it up with coporate and then he asked me if I wanted him to remove the salad and I stated "yes". Again the waitress the wondreful, however the manager working tonight was horrible.
Excellent SERVICE!!!! General Manager Tamara Hill is very personable, welcoming and friendly, she is very in touch with her staff and customers! Top notch, which is unusual and very hard to find these days! Thank you for bringing back the atmosphere that we all miss. Thank you also to our server Sirrhysa who is just as awesome!
A 30 minute wait turned into a 40 minute wait. Got a table took 15 minutes and me shouting can I get some water, To get a server's attention. 3 breadsticks came for 4 people and ask for just lettuce on the salad. The salad came back with everything and the server got a attitude about the salad. A second server bought the correct salad. I suggested that the server take the menu's back and she said the other server must have forgotten. The calamari was ok and it took the main course 25 minutes to arrive to the table. I got all this for $66.86.
